Another successful VRBO summer '25 and please read the 40+ Five Star Reviews. Commercial Ice Maker, all new Smart TVs (5) and dock area added with new loungers. Beautifully decorated large family home located on the premier lake destination: The Lake of the Ozarks. Nestled on the "quiet side" of The Lake at the 39.5MM. Incredible view of the main channel. You can hang out in the cove or take your boat to the main channel and explore the many miles of fishing, boating, restaurants and natural wonders of the lake.
A wonderful retreat where you can experience all four seasons. Several inviting outside gathering areas- deck, screened porch, fire pit all overlooking the lake. Private dock with sun deck, lily pad, two kayaks and open boat slip (10 x 26 ) available for use and included in price. Can also tie up a larger boat and boat ramps close by. Plenty of space for sleeping and lounging. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms which includes a large master with shower, jetted tub, coffee bar and private door to screened in porch. The kitchen is open to the family and dining area which has an expansive view of the lake.
You will love the large gathering areas as well as secluded spaces to enjoy an early morning coffee or an evening glass of wine with family and friends. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the deck, grilling some dinner on the gas grill and/or charcoal grill and at night stargazing making smores over the firepit by the water's edge.

Note; Please feel free to contact on any questions on your boat fitting into dock, can use lift if V-bottom under 5500LBs.
Also, 30 stair steps total to lake from house, divided by a flagstone path.

The host’s communication was amazing, giving us plenty of options of things to do in the area and clear directions about the house. The house was clean and had a lot of extras that most VRBO’s don’t have (e.g. bath bombs for the bathtub, paper towels/ toilet paper, thoughtful welcome gift, etc). Everything is as advertised. It was indeed a quiet cove and we very much enjoyed our time!

Perfect place for a getaway.

This was my favorite VRBO so far. It is a beautiful property and the house was clean, comfortable, roomy enough for us 6 adults and had everything we needed. A quiet location in the woods and close to town for groceries, restaurants or a beer run. It was perfect!

Wonderful lake house

We stayed here for a week with oor teens. We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect- clean, great outdoor space, well equipt, etc. I highly recommend staying at this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, and I would highly recommend. The host, Kurt, was very helpful with directions, instructions, and providing recommendations for the area. It was incredibly helpful and made for a smooth checkin process. We didn't have any issues during our stay. The house is as described. We loved the open living area and kitchen with the lake view from the wall of windows. The mornings are lovely because the deck was shaded so I'd sit out there enjoying my coffee and the view while waiting for everyone to wake up. The house was clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen had what I needed to cook dinner every night. We rented a boat and used the dock which, is nicely furnished with extra amenities like kayaks & a paddle board. You will need to brush down some spider webs but that is to be expected. The position of the dock makes for an easy in & out as well. The path to/from the dock is also nice, well lit, and not steep which is always nice. Sunrise Beach is a more remote area about 30min from the Dam and nicer restaurants, however the house location was perfect. It was close to amenities like gas stations, grocery stores, boat rentals, and a few restaurants etc. We had a great vacation and a relaxing week here!

We had a great time! Kurt was an amazing host and the house was amazing. We loved boating on the lake, hanging on the dock and sitting on the deck outside. Would definitely go back!

Great spot! Deck and dock are beautiful. Be prepared for stairs! Bring a cooler that’s easy to carry to the dock!

Excellent well stocked home on the lake!

Easy check in and check out! Great communication with the owner! There was room for our whole family. Close to restaurants on the lake and Woods grocery store is nearby. Lots of water toys and a nice dock! Would love to stay here again!!

Great Experience

Kurt was great to communicate with and had great detail on activities around the area. We brought our boat and had a map of the nearest boat ramp provided before arrival. Would most definitely stay here again.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake home during a recent family get together. The home was very clean and well appointed. The location was perfect. The owner was very responsive and flexible to work with. I would definitely rent this house again!

Very nice property

Nice house with everything we needed for long weekend. We enjoyed being on the quiet side of the lake, it was so peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the wildlife. I would recommend, the host was accommodating and helpful! They even left a welcome gift for us:-)

Beautiful home - comfortable, inviting, everything you need and want. Great location - quieter area, small cove where you look right out on main channel. Plenty of spaces to relax as a group or to find time to be alone. Hoat is so responsive

Perfect place for girl’s weekend

Seven ladies in one home for four days. Perfect home for all our activities. Great time at the lake. Great time bbq’ing and eating together. Great spot on deck to hold a spa night. Beds were comfortable. Bath facilities worked great. The owner was very responsive with our questions. So many memories made to last a lifetime.

Great property!

This property is amazing. We enjoyed the spacious outdoor space on the porch and deck as well as the dock. Plenty of table and chairs outside in so many different places to enjoy at any time of day. Having a boat slip for the fishing boat was also a bonus. We would definitely stay her again. The host provided great area information and was very prompt at answering any questions we had during our stay.

Perfect cove for kids

House was great. Nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the screened in porch. Nice fire pit area. We really enjoyed our stay. If you are messy, you might want to bring additional dish rags and dish towels with you. We would book again!

Best place so far

We have been renting VRBO houses for sometime now. This house was the best so far and the owner is as well, even checking in with us during our stay to see how it was going. Beautiful house, dock, etc. Thank you for sharing this with us and we definitely hope to return in the future. THE BEST
