Relax and unwind by the private heated pool, fire up the gas grill for an evening BBQ, or enjoy your morning coffee on one of the multiple spacious decks with ocean breezes. Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed open floor plan across two stories, including two family rooms, perfect for families or groups. The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped and features high-end appliances, with an extra full-sized refrigerator—ideal for extended stays or entertaining.

"Shore Thing" very comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Sorry, no pets are permitted, and the home is not to be used for private events (no weddings, prom parties, bachelorette/bachelor parties, etc).



As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find "Shore Thing" stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body lotion and hand soap) to get your stay started. Freshly laundered Quilts, Sheets, and Towel Sets are provided for each bedroom/bathroom (don’t forget to pack your beach towels, or ask us about renting them)!



Once you book, we'll gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, bike and crib rentals, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge.



Guest Access:

Room for 2 cars in the private driveway. Guests will enjoy the entire home and private yard.

Other Things to Note:

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.



No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.



This home is not pet-friendly; however, the owner has a dog that may be present from time to time. Rest assured, the home is professionally cleaned before every guest arrival.
