Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Much needed vacation!

Best Beach getaway!! Enjoyed our room and balconey. Beach was great, not crowded! The front bedroom had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Would definitely stay again at this property!

A+ location

My husband and I stayed in the condo with 3 of our children (ages 17-19). The space fit everyone comfortably and was very clean. The beds were also quite comfortable. Great view of the water from the balcony! We would definitely stay here again.

Fall Break Getaway

Wonderfully located condo right on the beach!! Gorgeous views and close to everything!! We stayed 5 nights and the bedding was so comfortable! It was so nice having all the amenities right there! Washer and dryer combo were a life saver!! Will definitely stay again!!

We had a great time!

Everything was great and the room was super spacious with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was fantastic and fully stocked with all the appliances and things needed to cook full meals while at the beach. The indoor/outdoor pool was exactly what we needed and being beach front was a dream! 4 minutes from peir Park ment regular visits to fish or shop which was our favorite park!

Perfect beach vacation!

Property was clean and as described. We’ve stayed at several locations along this coast and this one has been my favorite. I do agree with some of the other reviews about the parking being a bit frustrating but not a deal breaker!! We Plan on returning here again!

Spacious, beautiful view, well-equipped, clean and just a great place to enjoy the beach! The parking situation wasn’t too clear but got sorted out after some research. Overall, I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!

The condo was nice. Beds were super comfy. The view was amazing. Definitely looking into going back next year. Just wish the beach chair rental was included with the unit. Overall was a nice place.

Tropic Winds 1202

The property was clean and had all amenities and was easy to get in and out of. Had issues getting parking passes and wrist bands for the pool but got that worked out after a few days. The unit was very clean with plenty of towels and kitchen items. There were even beach accessories in the laundry room to use. Beautiful view of the beach and just steps from the sand. Would recommend.

Perfect and Relaxing

I cannot say enough great things about this unit and the whole property. Everything was well maintained and we had NO issues our entire stay. I also want to praise the overall property. They had plenty of staff to keep the entire property clean and orderly. And with their security, we felt very good about our vehicle and personal safety. Finally We had a great oceanfront view and the beach was wonderful. They had rental chairs and umbrellas (we did not rent) available. The beach was litter free.

Spacious and Quiet

We loved the location! The view was amazing! We enjoyed the balcony! Bed was comfy! Pool was great! Parking very easy! The condo was nice but could certainly use some TLC! We used an air freshener as the condo did not have that “just cleaned smell”! The couch is well worn! The primary bathtub drained very slowly! Two of the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work! There is no ice maker, only ice cube trays! None of the negatives would deter us from booking this property again! We had a great time!

Tropic Winds Stay

Overall it’s an okay room. I did think we paid more than we should have for it due to it not being super nice. The lock on the actual door is non existent and the only thing that you can lock from the inside on the door is the chain; so I wasn’t too happy about that due to our kids sleeping in the bedroom next to the door but we managed. The room was clean but I personally think it could’ve been a little nicer considering people are typically going to pay close to $2,000 for a week stay. We could never get the tv in the master bedroom to turn on and the lamps in both bedrooms are more like college dorm lamps… like I said it could’ve been nicer. Don’t expect to have a family movie night if you have more then 4 people because all there is the one long couch and a single seat. We were thankful the room had Netflix and Hulu for our kiddos. We had a great stay but if I was the owner I would probably sprouze the room up a bit and make it just a little nicer but it worked fine for our week stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The fee for renting this condo is offer. The charge first was $1700. Then the owners call and charged me $200. More charged me $180. Parking fee supposed to be inside, nope it was outside. . The room was only $970. For the week but after fees and taxes it came to $2000.00! All that came up after the booking. Called in about the dates after the booking it’s no refund less than 5 min after wards. Charged me an $250. Cleaning fee. But had to strip the beds fold up the bedspread and put it on the bed. Put all dirty towels and sheets at the washer.( I do all of that anyway) common respect) you get none of the cleaning fee back. On the hole the condo needs and good cleaning. Windows. The mattress was very lumpy I don’t know what was wrong with is on the beach . I can understand not being able to check in at 4:00 but had to be out by 9:00 in the morning. For $2000. For a week We could have stayed at the Splash cheaper with more to do.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is quite comfortable and thee view is great. I would recommend the unit to others as well. The only downside would be the lack of timely response to maintenance issues. It took three phone calls over four days to get the toilet unplugged. One of the sliding glass door handles came loose and rather than fix it he just took it off and took it with him. I was told I could still open the door using my fingertips. The vacuum cleaner did not have a filter, so it was not usable. It just blew dust around the room. Three requests over three weeks to address this issue still left us without a usable vacuum cleaner. A bench had a loose leg. A potential hazard to the point we could not use the bench. I was told he would take the weak leg under advisement. After two months, the wobbly leg had not been corrected. The lack of desire or ability to address maintenance issues in a timely manner does not place Emerald Coast in a very positive light. Thank you.A 5 to general condition, a 4 to cleanliness, 4 to location, 55 to the property management, and a "0" to maintenance.

Lovely!

I enjoyed everything! The view, the room, the pools everything was great!! However the only little issue was that the communication with the owner it took a while for him to respond. But other than that it was great! The plates and pans I needed was there. The rooms had lots of space!!
