Nice area

This condo is in a nice quiet area and the beaches are easily accessible. The sliding glass doors are extremely hard to open and close and we were not able to enjoy the patio because of this. The temperature of the water in the shower is very hot and the hot and cold are switched. Even at full cold the water is still too hot for children and barely tolerable for adults. The air conditioning works great in this condo.

Great property

My little family of four absolutely loved this rental. The location was perfect - away from the crowded areas so it was very peaceful yet close enough to several businesses, preventing far travel to obtain necessities. The home was immaculate and stocked with everything needed to make you feel right at home. The pool and hot tub were very clean and we had just a short walk to the beach from our condo. If we return to this area in the future, we will definitely be booking this rental again!

Great stay!

This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location just across from beach and conviently next to pool. It’s beautifully decorated and clean. Bed is comfortable but the couch not so much..typical for a pull out. Plenty of communication in preparation of arrival and departure: easy check in. There were a few things that could use attention. The patio sliding door is atrocious… take WD40. The shower curtain rod could use a little maintenance and the bath towels have seen better days, possibly time to retire. Other than that it was a great stay!

The condo was nice for the 2 of us. Our concerns on arrival... the safety lock had been Bent and would not slide close, the lights on the ceiling over the stove would not cone on, we like to cook more than going out to eat. I called Vacasa immediately as we Always make a check of any place we stay and take pictures to send if needed. Was told it was late a ticket would be made and maintenance would get to it as they had many others. 2nd day later in the day no one had called or cone by I called again was told the ticket had bern made. 3rd day 5pm a knock at the door maintenance came. by then by accident I had slammed the microwave the lights in kitchen came on. Explained all things Wrong to maintenance who took pic and checked switches, would get a new lock told us to just leave lights on and maintenance would check them between next guest. He would return with following day with lock. Our last night stay he did return with a new safety lock and installed it. The sliding glass door was hard to open as well he said ir would be fixed as well. I think we will pass on F2 next time. We have stay in another condo in this complex the owner was very nice she came over and made right any thing wrong which was minor but needed attention so as not to Grow into worse needs.

Frustration

3 days after check in your manager decided to let themselves into the unit without authorization. They called and asked I told them I’d rather them wait until we returned as we were less than 5 minutes away and they went ahead into the unit anyways without my presence. When questioned about it they told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and told me they could do what they wanted and pretty much laughed it off. All around a very unprofessional experience. I spoke with the sheriffs office and they confirmed that what your manager did was breaking and entering. If someone is going to be a “manager” they should be more aware of the laws.

Loved the location. The beach area was not commercialized. It was easy to cross the street to the beach, and it had a washing station at the edge of the parking lot, for removing sand. The condo was quiet, located on the back side of the property. Good size for two people. We had to move out due to a water leak but enjoyed our stay at this location.

My wife’s birthday vacation

The amenities were great. The experience was wonderful. The only issue we had was how loud the a/c was. It cooled really well it was just loud. My wife and I were so happy.

Was ok, but needs improvement

We stayed in June, but I have not had the time to do this review until now. I think it is overpriced for what it is. The space is tiny, which was ok because it was just my husband and I. I would not recommend this place for more than 2 people or maybe a small baby with a couple. The cleaning service needs to be upgraded. There was hair on the floor, sand all over the place (including the counters in the kitchen and bathroom and the couch), dirt spots on the walls, the air filter was filthy and should be changed. I am a very clean person and felt I needed to clean just to be comfortable. I also have bad allergies and a filthy air filter is not good for that. The reason my husband checked the air filter is because I was complaining of my sinuses being stuffy, normally at the beach they clear up. We were only given one bath towel, so my husband and I had to share one towel and wash it. The small towel that was hanging over the tub for the floor was dirty and had to be washed. The towel rack is coming off the wall and needs to be fixed. The location is nice, but very touristy. My husband and I still made the best of it, this was our 16yr wedding anniversary, but would not stay here again for this price. The beach is gorgeous and lots of good food around, but beware it is pricey, probably because it is very touristy. I am from FL (very close to beach) so I know what is overpriced. I was also told we had to check into the office when we got there; however, no one was in the office. We were told they were closed to come back the next day, we did and again no one was there. I was not about to spend the time we had chasing someone down. The condo complex itself was nice and clean. The pools were nice, and the people we ran into were nice. The décor in the condo was nice, love the teal. I really doubt the bed is a queen, it was the size of my sons full and we used to have a queen. Also, bring your own pillow. The bed was not comfortable to us, but that is a personal opinion.

We have been to this property before we enjoyed the family atmosphere very quiet and easy access to Beach. The condo was very clean and when I had any questions we had a text stream going and they answered quickly and very courteous.

Not a luxury stay

Let’s start with the first step of renting this property. I landed at 11am and the check in time was 4Pm. My mom has stayed in VRBOs before so she said we could ask if we could check in sooner, sometimes they give you early check in. I messaged them at 12pm no response. I was hoping to at least get a yes or no. So a around 3:00pm they called me and gave me the door code. They said I must go to the office to get a parking pass. So I drove to the office and they said “ok credit or debit card for your parking”. (Insert pretty large amount of money that VRBO won’t allow me to post about) This was not mentioned in the original listing and now my cheap vrbo for (3) nights has racked up to a grand in total after they tack on all the cleaning fees, damage fees (i won’t get back even if I don’t damage anything) parking fees and VRBOs fees. So now I’m thinking, great I’m never using this app again. When my mother and I entered the property it smelled old. And when we tried connecting to the wifi it was patchy for about an hour. I’m shocked at the fact that the floor was so filthy and that poor pink rug in the kitchen needs to be retired. There’s no oil for the pans in the kitchen so cooking is difficult. And we were scared of the pots and pans being dirty so we double washed everything. Bring your own beach towels/bag because they don’t provide any. Overall the place isn’t awful, but it isn’t a 4 or 5 star stay.
