Perfect home for Cooperstown families

We loved staying here! Only a 10 minute drive to all star village. Plenty of space for big families. Also a beautiful outdoor space perfect for BBQ’s. Great communication with the owner and very well maintained. Highly recommend!

Great country house

We had a great time at this house! Came in for Cooperstown ASV baseball. There were 4 families with 10 yo and 15 yo. Had plenty of space, hosted a team party where we had dinner, roasted s'mores, and kids explored the creek. It was hot night one, but fine the other nights. We were 10-12 min to ASV.

Lovely

We were in the area for one week in June while my son played at All Star Village. The home is darling and very clean. The property management team is so thoughtful, speedy and helpful with any questions. Do note and mentally prepare that there is no air conditioning, but there are two fans in every room and we stayed through a heat wave (95 - 100 F two of the days) and we’d stay again. We had three grandparents staying with us who enjoyed the home and slept well each night too.

Great property!

Enjoyed our stay here. Great communication from the host and property manager who were very responsive. A very quick and easy drive to All Star Village.

Lots of space in a beautiful rural setting!

The house was a great option for us with lots of sleeping rooms, great hangout spaces and a full kitchen and laundry room. Great hosts and amenities!

Home away from home!

This property exceeded all expectations and it felt like the comforts of staying in our own home. The house is exactly as described and the owner is wonderful to communicate with. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the area.

Spacious getaway

Very spacious home for a family or group. Has everything you need. We were there for a wedding at Gilbertsville Farm and the location was convenient. Owners very responsive.

Wonderful property

This was a wonderful property and the host was very easy to communicate with. Very organized and clean. Great features. On hotter, humid days, it can get a little warm, but the location in the valley makes it manageable and enjoyable. Thank you for a nice stay.

Wonderful Place to Stay for All Star Village Cooperstown Tournament

This house was perfect for our baseball group to stay at while our boys played at Cooperstown All Star Village. The house is very spacious with 3 living areas and is decorated so cute. The backyard is a dream with a running spring. The master bedroom is huge and the master bath is like a hotel spa. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful Home

Overall stay was great. House was just as it shows in pictures. We stayed a week while our son played at ASV. Emmanuel was very helpful and communication was great. House had everything you needed for stay. Drive to ASV was a quick 10 minute drive. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic house and property! Attentive property management team. The Airline lost our luggage but staying on a great property like this with a movie like creek along the back yard was just what the Dr ordered. 5 stars all around

Cooperstown family

It’s a great for more adults houses absolutely stunning unfortunately we had bad weather so we didn’t get to utilize the outside. Kitchen is slightly small but everything else is amazing. Rooms are beautiful house immaculately decorated unbelievable master bedroom and shower and only 13 minutes to Cooperstown so convenient for any Cooperstown families. Communication was great we had some slight Review and they took care of it immediately nothing that affected our stay in anyway

We came for Cooperstown. Host was great, communication was always great. The people who clean the house could do better but I know there wasnt much turnover time from the guest before us they got the house ready quickly so we could check in early so that probably had something to do with it. There are ants in the kitchen, for what we spent I guess I expected something a little more updated but as the week went on the house grew on me. It was HOT though, most everyone on our team said their houses at least had window units. You all should consider doing something like that. The wildlife around there was really nice. We had a doe & fawn in the backyard every day & wild turkeys everywhere so we loved that. During our stay the lawn people came, blocked us in & had about 3 young kids just sitting in the driveway. We had to leave for a game so that was kind of awkward. There was a nice tray with welcome snacks all in all we really did enjoy our stay.
There were tiny ants in everything in the kitchen

Beautiful Property close to Allstar Village!

We stayed at the house with our family last week while our youngest son played at Allstar Village. The house has been beautifully updated, is very clean (and I'm picky!) and has a great front porch as well as back patio with a working BBQ. The kitchen was well stocked, there is a laundry room and a ping pong table in the garage for the kids! Our boys also brought whiffle bats and played whiffle ball in the yard. Emmanuel was extremely easy to communicate with and addressed our questions that popped up along the way in a timely manner! Cool house and love the way it was decorated! The only thing it was missing was A/C but there were plenty of fans in every room. Thank you for the memories!!!!

Home and property are wonderful.

Home is wonderful. We stayed her for five days for our son’s baseball tournament to All Star Village/Cooperstown. It’s only a 15 min drive to the park. Also, a short trip to downtown, Starbucks, Walmart or grocery stores. Emmanuel (owner) was very thoughtful and responsive. Also very accommodating to whatever day we wanted to check in or out. Nice tray of snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. The property is beautiful, yard is huge. Kids played whiffle ball. Patio is large, plenty of seating, nice table and very relaxing. Grill worked well and a perfect edition. Stream in the backyard is lovely and two deer greeted us every morning. Kids played ping pong table in the garage. Home is large and plenty of room to hang out in one of the three living/sitting rooms. Bedrooms are large as well. Beds are comfortable. Home is on the older side, but beautifully decorated. Kitchen is on the small side and needs some updating but rest of the home made up for it! Washer and dryer worked well. There was a plumbing issue in the master bedroom (shower would not drain) our first night. I txed Emmanuel and he had someone there right away to fix it. Overall, house and owner were wonderful and highly recommend.
