Cozy Clean Coastal Studio... Newly Remodeled!

Our modern studio has all you will need for your stress free beach vacation. All new appliances, furniture, cabinets, and fixtures! Cable, WIFI, and Smart TV. Lots of extras! Conveniently located. Assigned underground parking spot to keep your car out of the elements. Relax and dive into our outdoor or indoor heated pool. Then fish from our private pier with cleaning station; or just sit on the pool deck and watch the sun set over the canals. Walking distance from eateries, shops and more.
The space
This studio has sleeping for 4 with a queen sized bed and a futon that folds out to full sized bed. Both are brand new. A portable play yard can be requested prior to arrival. There is a tv with basic cable (100+ channels). In the kitchen we have a refrigerator with top freezer, an electric glass cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. We have stools for eating at the bar/counter. Both ceramic and plastic dinner ware and cups. Flat piece setting for 4, plenty of cooking utensils, a K-cup single-cup coffee maker, toaster and blender. Pots, pans, griddle are also supplied. We have a small walk-in closet with drawers built in. In the closet you will find plastic hangers, an iron, ironing board, and folding mesh hamper. The bathroom has a large mirrored medicine cabinet. We have supplied you with a hair dryer and first aid kit. Due to the small space the toilet paper hanger and bathroom trash can are in the vanity cabinet. We have a stand up shower with handles and no tub. There is a dispenser with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.
For your entertainment we have a few puzzles, a few books, a game of Uno, dice, dominos, and playing cards.
We have a supply of beach towels, dish towels, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.
In our building you have access to a limited gym; a library with books, games, and puzzles to borrow; an indoor heated pool; vending machines; and a laundry mat that is operated by Google or Apple Pay, credit card, or coins.
This unit has an assigned garage parking space.
Our complex comes with a marina, outdoor pool, fishing pier with cleaning station, picnic area with BBQ pits.

Great location

Is covenantly located close to the beach Areas. We liked the indoor parking. The Room was cozy and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Good location

Enjoyed the stay at the property and the outdoor pool was relaxing. Fished off the pier a few times and met some interesting people. The wind does not go down in the evening which can be uncomfortable at times.

Quick Get-away!

We were very happy here! Everything was accommodating for us. We were very close to the grocery store. Our main focus for this trip was to fish. We were able to fish in their private area. The breeze was great!

what a completely enjoyable experience i had.... as a winter texan, i was looking for a long term, (2 months), comfortable and affordable condo to rent to get out of winter... this unit more than filled my desires... as a host, Linda was exceptional to say the least...the unit was completely stocked with every imaginable need, and Linda was quite diligent to make sure that i was taken care of, in need of anything, and overall satisfied with her property...indeed i was!.. yes i would definitely stay here again, and absolutely recommend it to others....

Cozy stay

Cozy little studio condo. The property is a bit older as you use the small elevator and stairs, but the condo is updated quite nicely. The communication from the owner was tremendous with detailed instructions that made checking in a breeze. There was a futon that folded down and my kids each took a side to sleep. They are 5 and 8. If you want to bring a larger family or older kids you will need an air mattress or find a different property. This is fantastic for a couple or with small children. It is conveniently located a few minutes drive from the beach with food and a CVS pharmacy close by.

Cute, clean, little condo

My wife and I stayed for a long holiday weekend. This is a cute little studio sized condo. It was super clean, very well "stocked" with everything you would expect from a condo. All furnishings, appliances, and general construction are updated. A/C worked very well. Bed was comfy but up against two walls so it made it difficult to get in and out of. Bathroom has been tastefully updated and had plenty of towels including beach towels. Kitchen does not have an oven but all of the other appliances are new and function well. There are plenty of dishes and cookware. Sitting areas are fairly comfortable. Primarily seating is a futon that sits sideways to the TV. Cable and internet were great; board games and puzzles provided for technology free time. There is laundry in the building on bottom floor. Condo is on 3rd floor. There is an elevator in the building. Covered parking was very welcome in the Texas heat. Building itself is very dated but you wouldn't know it inside the condo. Concrete building construction makes the unit very quiet. Owner was great to work with!

My husband and I are semi-retired government workers who have lived in many areas stateside as well as abroad in Latin America. I am originally from the Coastal Bend and spent quite a bit of my childhood in Corpus Christi. I am so happy to be back "home". We love adventures and are looking forward to being host for the first time with this vacation studio.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We moved to the island from Austin, Texas in 2021 and have thoroughly enjoyed our island lifestyle. We own a couple of houses in San Antonio which we rent out, and really enjoy our relationship with tenants as they come and go. So we decided to combine our love for this island and our love for tenants/guest into our first short term vacation rental.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Ideal location! Our condo is so easy to get to right off of Park Road 22, the main road on the island. We are nestled between restaurants and other businesses, yet it is quiet and peaceful as you walk around our canal based boat slips and fishing pier. We are conveniently located near the entrance of the island from Corpus Christi, and situated before the turn off to Mustang Island and Port Aransas. Just a short drive pass that turn off is all that North Padre Island has to offer. Everything from the National Sea Shore Park with occasional turtle releases, bird watching, and wind surfing lessons; to Bali Park with horse back riding; or Whitecap Beach and the Packery Chanel Jetties where you can always see sea turtles!
