New to the rental market, this 5th floor beachfront corner condo has walls of extra windows and great beach and pool views. Sunset views all year-round! Comfortably sleeps five people with a King in the primary bedroom and both a full and twin bed in the guest bedroom.

Outside amenities include tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, and putting green. First come, first serve. Boat slip rental is available.

Lovely Condo

Lovely Condo. Everything was as described. Good communication with the owner. Check in was a bit of a chore - but definitely not a deal breaker - and once you are checked in coming and going was a breeze. We did not find a laundry card in our condo - but there was an app we could download to make use of the washer and dryer. Was only a short walk to the beach with lovely white quartz sand that never gets hot and never blows in your face, and the pool was lovely. I appreciated that they closed the pool down right after sunset as that always helps to keep things quiet in the evenings. We would definitely stay there again.

This beautiful rental met all of our expectations in terms of its location, decor, comfort, view of gulf, wrap around balcony, beach gear, and full kitchen. The host was so accessible and helpful. Check in was a bit tricky and lengthy especially at the entry gate where the attendant (she) was unpleasant to many guests. We will visit again.

Relaxing Marco Island getaway

Condo was very clean, well-stocked with kitchen/bath items, and very well laid-out for a relaxing stay for 3 adults. The views were beautiful (even on rainy days), the neighborhood was great for a walk on the beach or on the streets. Lots of nearby restaurants for dining in or carry-out. Really enjoyed our visit and hope to come back soon!

wonderful experience

We have been to Marco Island 3 different times, and this was the first time staying in a condominium. The owner is extremely responsive, the unit has nearly everything you will need, location was great, and it has very high quality beds, furniture, and kitchen ware. We stay in a few vrbo's each year for trips and this unit really feels like "home" in the sense you aren't wishing for comfier beds, better couches, or wondering where the kitchen appliances are. We only have great things to say about this unit, owner, and experience and even left some extra pool noodles for future kids. The process for checking in was a bit more complex than previous experiences but very manageable, and my only suggestion would be to have a throw blanket for the family room. From my viewpiont, the corner units (and this one in particular) are definitely a notch above the other units in the building.

Beautiful beach property

Very nice condo. Beautiful view. Great pool. Nice area. Check in procedure needs to be improved for late check ins. The number of required keys and codes to access the property is worthy of a spy movie.

Awesome. The property is beautiful. Even though it seems a long way from the beach the walk isn’t bad at all. Shells everywhere. Location is great. Corner condominium that really makes you feel like you are all alone. Highly recommend this condo

Convenient stay in high standard appartment

Really nice appartment for family of four with grown up children. Enough space, lovely interior design and nice sunset view. We had a great time and location was great.

Clean unit and good location

The unit was nicely arranged with comfortable modern furniture and nice kitchen equipment. The sunset views were very beautiful and outdoor pool is exceptionally clean. We enjoy walking so the .35 mile walk each way to the beach allowed us to get our steps! Beach chairs in a close storage unit were provided. Our first day we attempted to use an umbrella provided however it was unfortunately of lessor quality and even subtle winds flipped it inside out. As a friendly suggestion perhaps an investment can be made to upgrade the umbrella and cart as the wheels are not adequate to pull in the sand the long distance. One other easy suggestion may be to provide extra blankets/pillows for beds. No extra linens were available and we missed having just one more blanket for each bed. A very positive review-just a little feedback for future guests.

Great Florida vacation spot

Great place for our family to enjoy the sun, beach, pool and awesome sunsets every night. Everything in the condo was perfect. Nice sun rises too, off the side balcony.

Beautiful sunsets every day, ocean front, walking distance to restaurants.

This property is lovely and as pictured. The towels, linens and cooking utensils are the best we have seen in condos. Comfortable king bed. We cooked in several times and found the pans to be really nice. The owner/manager was amazing and extremely responsive to our texts and helped us in a very difficult situation, not in her control. We would HIGHLY recommend this property. The furniture is comfortable. I will say the beach is a little bit of a hike but worth it, walking in gorgeous sand the whole way. We were told the distance to the beach and it was not a surprise! Lots of nice shelling treasures! Very relaxing. We loved our stay. Thank you so much!

Great Views, Beach and Pool

We enjoyed our vacation on Marco Island. The condo was everything we were looking for. We had a great view of the ocean and pool. The corner unit has lots of natural light to take away the winter blues. For people flying in it was nice that they have a locker with beach chairs and a little cooler.

Piece of paradise.

This property was so beautiful and very clean with surrounding views of the pool and beach and beautiful sunsets. Also a short walking distance to restaurants. This was a very comfortable place to stay for our family and we hope to be back soon and stay in this unit again.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property! South Seas has been a favorite vacation spot for us and this condo brought our appreciation to a whole new level. Lynn's place is a light-filled corner unit with amazing wraparound balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The interior is super clean and luxurious with high end furnishings and the most comfortable beds. If you are looking for a five-star experience and incredible sunsets every night, this is it. We are already planning our next Marco getaway!
