Enjoy this Beautiful 3 Bedroom & 2.5 Bath Twinhome in Millville, DE. Perfect for Families!

This home is within walking distance or short drive to Restaurants, Shops, Grocery Store and other Attractions & Most Importantly - only 3 miles to THE BEACH!!

There is a Community Pool in the neighborhood. Many Toys, Games, Puzzles available for children.

Home is No Smoking of Any Kind. Also No Pets, No Large groups/parties (10 people max.) or Senior Week rentals permitted.

The Space:

The First-Floor Master Bedroom has a New King-Size Bed Set! Upstairs the second bedroom also has a Queen Bed and third bedroom has two twin-size beds. There is also a Daybed with underneath trundle in the upstairs Loft and a sleeper sectional pull-out sofa.

The living room and master bedroom has a TV with Cable. This home has WIFI, A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Drip Coffee Maker, Kitchen Supplies, etc.

Blankets, pillows, sheets and bath towels ARE provided with the Unit.

The Kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.

Guest Access:
There is a community swimming pool located in the neighborhood.

The Home is less than 3 miles away from most local attractions in Millville, Ocean View, Bethany Beach and most importantly the Bethany Boardwalk & the Beach!!

Other Things to Note:
The home is two-stories with needing to climb stairs to access the second floor. However the Master Bedroom is on the first floor and there are no steps to enter the home.

Also please note that Trailers and Commercial Vehicles are not allowed in the neighborhood per the HOA guidelines. If brought they will need to be parked in the nearby Shopping Center.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! Secluded and quiet, but walkable to many stores and even a bar. Community pool was a huge bonus for the kids. Straight shot to Bethany Beach. We loved staying at this house and would happily return in the future.

great house, loved the loft, open area for the whole family to hang out, and a 5 minute walk to a great restaurant and food market. house was clean, and the host was very quick to reply.

Last minute availability and very affordable

We had to travel last minute to Delaware from S.W. Virginia for a sudden death of family member. The property was very convenient to where we needed to be. Very affordable. The interior is in need of some paint and carpet cleaning. Overall a great place 😊

Great Place!!!

Very comfortable and spacious stay! The property was ready the moment we arrived. Everything was in great order and they even had an inviting bottle of wine waiting for us. The rooms were more than adequate for us and the location was mare than convenient. We will be staying again! Thank you so much!!!

Nice Stay

Bathrooms need to be updated. The upstairs bathroom shower had an awful leak that drenched anything left on flood. No backyard for outside sitting. Nice house, A/C works great, great location, host super attentive and answered any question immediately throughout our stay.

Overall. Acceptable

The floors were very dirty. We enjoyed our stay. However, when I requested some extra time to get emergency service for one of our disabled cars, my request was denied. The property was advertised as handicap accessible. Wheelchair did not fit through the bathroom door and the bed on the ground floor was too high the handicapped.

Hi Patricia, thank you for the suggestions and the review as we try to provide the best experience as possible. I will be sure to check our settings in regards to accessibility as we want to make sure that is accurate. And, sorry we could not accommodate a later check out as our cleaners keep their own schedules and we had another group checking in that day and need to ensure that we have the place prepared properly for them. Also, I will check with the cleaners as they are required to vacuum and mop the floor after each stay and haven’t had this issue in the past. We appreciate you being our guest and the helpful suggestions.
