Return from your adventures to your holiday getaway, where the ambiance reminds you of home. The majority of appliances are new, including the fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave. Unwind in the living room and stretch out on the comfortable leather furnishings, which include a queen memory foam sofa bed. Stream your favorite shows on the smart TV and enjoy the allure of the gas fireplace. A convenient desk is ideal for working remotely. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen supplies. Find plenty of counter space at the kitchen bar, which includes seating. Let the large dining table accommodate everyone while a stocked credenza of serving dishes and a bar cart set the scene for entertaining. For families traveling with little ones, two pack 'n plays, a baby bouncer, a high chair, and toys are provided.

Step out for fresh air anytime on one of three balconies. Open year-round, the Silver Cliff hot tub is located on the ground floor.

Overall...the place is great. However, there were three misrepresentations in the listing:1) There are not three bedrooms. There are two bedrooms, with a bunk bed shoved in a hallway. There are no walls or door or privacy...there is no third room. 2) The "air conditioning" listed were a couple of window units that were about as effective as opening the fridge door. We were soaking in our own sweat. We had to go on walks to cool down in the evenings. 3) There were no bed linens for the sofa bed.

Terrific location

Can't get much closer to the slopes and the Park City Village. The unit was as advertised, spacious and well appointed. We appreciated being able to park in the underground garage since is snowed most of the second day.

Great condo located close to Main Street

We enjoyed this lovely condo. Very spacious kitchen and living room area. About 1/2 mile walk to Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are located.

Overall a great place

Really nice overall space. Location can’t be beat – few minutes walk to base Village, 15-20 minutes walk into town (or just two minutes to the bus stop). Decorated really nicely, big windows everywhere, and the main living room/dining room is a very cozy spot to hang out as a family. Only challenge was the heating - there are mobile AC units that are vented out of the bedroom windows, but they’re not vented quite securely, so lots of cold air leaked in, making the bedrooms very cold (10-15 degrees colder than the rest of the house). Seems like something that management could easily fix up. Two hot tubs for the building are on the first floor, and both fit 5 to 6 people.

Amazing Vacation!

We loved our stay in Park City. The house was absolutely perfect! It is incredibly clean, the design is charming, and eveything is top notch! Great location. I also love that the kitchen is stocked with all the cooking supplies you could ever need. Can't wait to come back!

Nice place, poorly maintained

This is an undeniably nice place to stay for skiing at Park City/Canyons. It’s ~5-7min walk to the slopes, well appointed, great living space, and has an adequately stocked kitchen. This is why we gave 2 stars (and not 1). The downside is the corner cutting ownership and unresponsive management. The fridge recently broke (prior stays to us). The owner knew, but rather than replace it as the management company says they advised, instead had a dorm fridge installed. It is also broke. Then, rather than replace the fridge, a 3rd (half-sized) fridge was placed with some of the shelves missing. There were literally 3 refrigerators in a kitchenette. So when our family of 7 came for a weeklong stay, we essentially had two small shelves and a pocket freezer to work with. Of course, no one told us this. When we reached out to the managing company (Vacasa), no one returned our calls/app messages for two days and only after my 4th call. Once addressed, they were quick to apologize, refund us part of our payment, and explain that they had tried replacing the refrigerator but couldn’t get approval from the owner. It was all the more frustrating that this was a known issue that was neither addressed nor communicated to us. By the time we left, someone came to take measurements for a new fridge. Presumably, that will now be replaced. There may be a fridge now, but keep this in mind: The owner knew, insisted on cutting corners, and did so despite the management company advising otherwise. All of this over a ~$600 fridge. Who knows what will be an issue in the future, but know that it will be the cheapest patch with no consideration for your vacation. With all of the options in Park City, hard to justify risking our ski trip here again.

Property Delivered as Advertised

The property was exactly as advertised with everything a place needs for a short term rental. In the above and beyond category, was two large monitors ready for laptop to be plugged in. I wish nobody had to work on the road but that’s not reality and having the large monitors were so much nicer than my laptop screen or even the extended screen I travel with. Thanks for that extra feature!

Long ski weekend with family and friends

My family and I took a long weekend to ski Park city. Overall the experience of our stay at this property was very good. It was a five minute walk to the base of Park city and about a 15 minute walk to Main Street. My only two complaint was that the microwave did not work and the gas fireplace was very finicky to get started.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
