Perfectly suited for up to a MAXIMUM of 4 ADULTS and two children (ages 2-12), this delightful vacation home is an idyllic haven for families a maximum of six or smaller who seek a blissful beach getaway. You may be wondering, "What about my little one?" Well, we have some exciting news for you! We are delighted to let you know that we warmly welcome entire families, including your precious little ones. We can easily accommodate a family of six plus an infant. If you require a Pack-n-Play for your baby, we are more than happy to provide one. Kindly inform us of your needs during the booking process, and we will be thrilled to assist you.

Enjoy easy access via Dow Road, affectionately known as the "back way," allowing you to bypass beachfront traffic and reach your tranquil retreat effortlessly.

When you arrive at "Sea Ya Round," retrieve the key from the lock-box and step into a beautifully designed open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area adorned with exquisite hand-crafted woodwork. Designed with your comfort in mind, this space is bathed in natural light streaming through expansive windows. Sink into the plush sectional sofa and instantly feel at home in this cozy haven.

Unwind even further in the comfort of your sleeping quarters, where you'll find a luxuriously comfortable king-size bed, a queen bed, and two unique chair/futon-beds that unfold to accommodate the little ones (ages 2-12). These versatile sleeping options can be easily moved to the living area, allowing for maximum bedroom privacy. Ample storage space is available for all your belongings and luggage, ensuring a clutter-free environment for extended stays. The shared Jack & Jill bathroom features separate entrances and ample room for all your essentials.

Throughout "Sea Ya Round," vaulted ceilings lend an airy and spacious ambiance, complemented by central heating/air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. For added convenience, we provide a washer/dryer with wash-pods, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips. Additionally, we supply bed linens, up to10 bath towels, 8 washcloths, 4 hand towels, 6 beach towels, kitchen towels and starter paper goods, alleviating any worries about packing these essentials.

Now, let the sand tickle your toes, feel the refreshing ocean spray on your face, and bask in the sun's warm embrace. Grab the beach chairs and boogie boards from the storage chest, load them onto the cart, and embark on an effortless 5 to 6-minute stroll to the nearby beach access.

After a day of beachside adventures, rinse off the sand and cool down under the refreshing outdoor shower (available April to November). When it's time to satisfy your appetite, our fully equipped kitchen beckons you to create delicious meals. Alternatively, fire up the pellet grill/smoker for a delectable outdoor BBQ experience. ~ Sea Ya Round is the Upstairs Unit and the "Lower Deck" is the Ground Level Unit of at The RoundHouse and you can inquire with the owner to reserve both units of the house and sleep 12 guests plus infants under 2 years of age.
~We reserve the right to cancel reservations of 15 days or longer without prior approval.
~ Maximum Stay is 28 Days.
