The first floor boasts a mid-century modern themed living room with comfortable seating, 10 ft ceilings, board games, Xbox, TV, and more. You have a half bath as well as a full kitchen and table for eating. We provide you with cookware and appliances so you can prepare your own meals if you would like. We also provide our guests with some coffee, snacks, and beverages for those late night cravings!

As you move to the second floor, you come to the first bedroom featuring a queen size bed, private sitting area with beautiful views of the Chattanooga valley mountains, your own private bathroom, walk-in closet, dresser and TV! You also have your own outdoor balcony overlooking the courtyard.

As you move up to the third floor, you will find our Master Suite with a king size bed, two night drawers for storing your clothes or other items, 50" TV, and a walk-in closet with washer/dryer that you can use (free of charge). We have also provided you with two luxurious robes to use during your stay! When you wake up, start your day with a cup of coffee on your private outdoor balcony overlooking the Southside and panoramic views of Lookout and Signal Mountains! As you get ready for your day, use the in-room vanity which can also double as as desk if you need.
