Pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy the views from your own private patio or balcony. For dinner, spend some time relaxing with good music and a meal in the full kitchen. Between a sofa sleeper, cable TV, and a spacious living room to unwind, there’s no shortage of comfortable amenities in this Palm Springs vacation rental.

This is the very popular Desert Oasis (Welk Resort - A Hyatt Property) located in Cathedral City, on the Golf course. This is a resort; pool, kids rec room and laundry are on site. Room is assigned at check-in and the floor plan and view may vary. Short distance for the Coachella Music Festival, downtown Palm Springs and the Living Desert.

I've always enjoyed the ocean and I was really surprised my first time I went to Palm Springs how much I enjoyed the desert. This made me want to purchase a timeshare in this area. I love the surrounding mountains, the quietness of the area the Beautiful plants and the Living Desert.

I am very happy with the Hyatt properties. This was originally owned by Lawrence Welk and was always known as The Welk properties. Very well kept, beautiful surroundings, great Golf Course nearby and quiet resort. Great getaway
