Exceptional property

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here. Great location as it was a nice area and felt secure. The suite was so spacious and felt as comfortable as home. And a great pool and hot tub area!

A Good Value

Our two day stay was comfortable and all of us (4) enjoyed it. Very good location, safe, accessible garage, comfortable large beds in two primary suites. The gas fireplace was a plus, lots of light, high ceilings, etc. would use again!

Clean, spacious, convenient

This place was spacious and clean. The location is walking distance from Trader Joe’s and Target which is so convenient. We had a question when checking in and they responded immediately and took care of it. I would recommend this place to others and would definitely stay here again.

Good Location In Need of Deep Clean

The location was great right on the border of Palm Springs and in walking distance of Trader Joe's and Target, which is great. The host was also very clear on check in details and is very responsive. However, when we arrived, it didn't appear that anyone had vacuumed after the last guest left.

Great location, great views and great rooms

The location is fantastic- close to things we wanted to do and walking distance to target, Trader Joe’s and a few fast restaurants. The accommodations themselves were spacious and clean. Showers were huge and great. The living area is especially sunny and bright in the morning, fyi. But the grounds are beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved Will's Place !!

Will's condo was beautifully decorated...gave you that fun retro feeling ! Very roomy with comfortable bedding ! And a beautiful mountain view from the bedroom window !! We really enjoyed our time doing 3 great hikes with our son and his dog !! Thank you, Will, for everything...would definitely return !!

Will is an awesome host

A lot of really nice things at this property. There were a few items that did not work well though, the stove top was very hard to light and the gate remote did not always work but all in all we enjoyed our stay. Nice hot tub, grill area, washer dryer. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Spacious condo, very conveniently located

This was the second time my adult daughter and I stayed here. The condo is great! Very spacious, we each had our own king suite with beautiful bathrooms, each with walk in showers. The pool area is very private, most of the days we were there, we had the whole pool to ourselves! The condo is very conveniently located to grocery stores and the airport. Will, the owner is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions, or concerns. We would definitely stay again!

Almost Paradise

So private and quiet. The space was beautiful and everything we needed was available. Walk to Trader Joe’s or Target for groceries and you’re set. Mini golf and entertainment across the street was so fun. Upper Crust pizza for dinner! Now for the good part. Will was awesome. He got the pool to the perfect temp and is very responsive to anything that comes up. He’s just the best host we’ve had. Oh and the hot tub is seriously the best! Everything is a work in progress as they upgrade and work to make this the very best it can be. PS .. You’ll love the double master suites and all the amenities. Almost Paradise for sure!

Palm Springs

This rental is a great value for the money! It was impeccably clean, spacious and communication with Will was fantastic. The only drawback was the noise coming from the treatment facility below my window. Again, I have a soft spot for anyone in treatment, but the reality of it was that they were up at 6-6:30 am and I didnt want to be! LOL It wasn’t horrible, and everything else about the rental sort of evened it all out. For the value, this place is hard to beat! They’re in the middle of gradually doing some upgrades to carpet, etc. - so it’s nice to see the owners are invested! Great experience overall 👍

Great Palm Springs/Cathedral City Spot

We are regular VRBO users but we generally do not leave reviews because we all have different ideas of what we like… but like the select few we have rated, this one deserves mention. This is a great location and a good option if you are looking for a nice home base in PS/CC. The property is a little dated but it’s well kept and housekeeping has it in really good shape. This property is classic Palm Springs living and the era is actually quite charming and has character. The size and layout is exceptional for the rate… we would definitely come back. The owner/manager lives on site. He is very responsive and we had a problem with the gate when we arrived so he personally greeted us. It appears that there are a few full-time residents out of the 10 units in this complex, but the rest appear to be rentals… so it’s a nice mix of people coming and going. The Banyan Treatment Center is next door, but you wouldn’t know it. We would have had no idea had it not been for simple curiosity. It appears to be well run… it’s very orderly and well kept. We share this as a positive not a negative. Staying here means you won’t get a high rental neighborhood with noise and chaos. They appear to be great neighbors… having it next door assures a calm and peaceful stay. Don’t give it a second thought. The only caution we have to share is the garage. It’s also dated so it’s a little tight getting thru the door… watch you mirrors. But on a high note, you actually have guaranteed covered parking if you opt to use the garage. We live in the Arizona desert so the garage is a big plus for us. Overall this is a great vintage option… give it a try.

Good place with some draw backs

This place was nice but it had some drawbacks. We were told we would have a garage with a garage door opener. They did include the garage door opener, but the garage door is broken so it wouldn’t work with the garage door. You could open it manually and once we did, there was another car in the garage. When I mentioned this to the property owner, they said they were unaware of that. But did not offer a discount or any other condolences. The Jacuzzi was broken as well so we couldn’t use that. The inside is nice but pretty outdated especially if you want to sit around at a late evening and watch TV. The TV are around 27 to 30 inch screens and one of the rooms has an old school TV box.
