My Happy Place - Topsail Island Surf Condo 214
Beautifully renovated first floor condo with reserved parking (specifically for this unit, directly under the condo unit), is just steps from the beach and pool and awaits your party of four or less. It is located a short distance from shops, restaurants and bars. All new furniture and new appliances were part of the renovation.
The private bedroom with ensuite bath includes a king size bed, large dresser, and night tables. The ensuite bath includes a closet for extra storage and laundry, and shares access to the shower/tub combo with the 1/2 bath.
There is a set of twin bunk beds tucked in the alcove with a privacy curtain.
Included with your booking of 4 or more nights is a sheet set (fitted and flat), pillowcases, and comforter for each bed (there are mattress covers/pads on the beds), bath mats for both baths and the shower/tub area, kitchen towels, and bath towel sets (one bath towel, hand towel and washcloth). The condo is cleaned, and, all linens, towels, kitchen towels and bathmats are laundered after each rental.
Beach towels are available for an additional cost.
The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, cookware, cooking utensils, glassware, coffee maker (brew pot), blender, hand beaters, and toaster.
The covered deck faces the ocean for beautiful morning sunrises and has four chairs and a table for your use.
The unit also includes a designated, lockable storage closet located in the reserved parking area under the condo for your beach chairs, toys, and other sandy items.
The complex has a coin operated laundry facility located on premises, accessible by swipe card that is provided. There is also a designated grilling area with grills and picnic tables.
The outdoor condo complex pool is open from April 1 to October 1, accessible by swipe card that is provided.
The unit is equipped with an electronic key pad lock. No need to worry about carrying keys with you!
The unit is not handicap accessible.
There is a $25 charge for lost or unreturned swipe cards.
We ask that you help us to continue to provide beautiful, clean accommodations by being caring and considerate of the property.
A laminated copy of the HOA rules is in the condo for reference.
Absolutely NO smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony.

We are a family of four who share a love for nature and the outdoors, specifically the beach. We are blessed to have this second home to enjoy, but because of work, school and other responsibilities, we are limited as to how often we can enjoy it. For this and other reasons, we have decided to open it up for short term rental, allowing others to share in its joy.

This property is wonderful because it has an ocean view, with the ocean and beach a few hundred steps away via private, deeded access, and a beautiful inground swimming pool just as close that is for Surf Condo residents and guests only.
There is so much to do within minutes of the condo. Visit the shops, restaurants, micro brewery, Sea Turtle Rescue or take in an outdoor movie in Soundside Park.
Rent bicycles, paddleboards, jet skis, pontoon boats, skiffs and play mini golf, disc golf.
Located 30 minutes from downtown Wilmington where you can take a riverboat tour, go on a "Ghost Walk" tour, visit the USS North Carolina, or check out a concert at Live Oak Pavillion.
Up for an adventure? Head up to Beaufort, NC (1 hr 45 minute ride) and take the Island Express Ferry Service from Beaufort, NC over to Shackleford Island. Shackleford Banks is home to more than 100 wild horses. You will also find scallops, crabs, and various sea animals including loggerhead turtles.
