Enjoy luxury lakeside living in this custom 4 bed, 3.5 bath home. Outfitted with a primary king suite on the first floor and an additional king suite on the second floor (both with lake views!), this home is perfect for extended family trips. Expertly decorated with high end furniture and decor, you will enjoy the serene 30A vacation of your dreams! A large chef’s kitchen and dining table large enough for 12 is the perfect option for meals at home, while the location makes dining out a breeze.
Start every morning with coffee on the screened-in porch overlooking the lake. Head to the beach access half a mile away to enjoy the white sand and azure waters. Take a quick trip into Watercolor, Seaside, or Rosemary for great shopping. Come home in time for happy hour on the fenced in patio, then head back out to one of many restaurants within a mile of home.
The home is nestled in the quaint Forest Lakes community in the Blue Mountain Beach area of 30A. Forest Lakes is a picturesque, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood filled with oak trees, brick streets, two pools, a playground, a large community park, and stocked lake for catch & release fishing.
This home can sleep 8 in beds, 10+ when utilizing the comfortable sofa bed in the upstairs loft.

Forest Lakes pool and clubhouse around the corner from the house
Clubhouse with outdoor grill, fireplace, ping pong, and more

Please mind that this is our family’s home. We love sharing it with our guests while we are away, but we expect you to treat our space with respect. There is an exterior camera on the front porch, facing the walkway, porch, and driveway. There is an alarm system installed in the home but will be disabled during your stay. No cameras are inside.
Like most of 30A, there is construction going on in our neighborhood. The HOA sets strict rules for contractors and their hours are limited, but you may hear construction noises during your stay.
30A has so much to offer from end to end! If you are looking for recommendations please do not hesitate to reach out.
Golf Cart can only be operated by licensed drivers. Please follow all local traffic laws.

Hi, I'm Kristen! My Husband and I moved to idyllic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL in the fall of 2021. We spend a lot of time here, but rent out our home while we travel ourselves. Since COVID, we've been focused on domestic travel and are enjoying exploring new-to-us areas of the USA!

We fell in love with this home the moment we saw it and we hope you do, too! Nestled in a charming HOA, it feels incredibly private and serene. Being lakefront has been such a blessing for us, we love our quiet mornings on the porch before we start our busy days!

I decorated this home to feel comfortable and relaxing. Clean and open without being sterile was my goal! The lake and natural light do so much for us here. I wanted the home to reflect the coziness of the environment, nestled among the pine and oak trees.
