Mai Tai`d Beach House
Our home offers everything needed for a memorable beach vacation.  The kitchen is fully appointed with all dishes, cookware, glasses, and utensils.  It even has a Keurig style K-Cup coffee maker and an extra refrigerator! 

The living room features a large flat screen TV, plenty of natural lighting, and a dining area so everyone can mingle and enjoy time together.  There`s a furnished screened in porch which has extra seating for enjoying a meal or simply taking in the beach town vibes and sipping a Mai Tai drink after a day in the sun.

There is a private yard for your pets and plenty of space for them to play.  Our home, being just 1 short block from the beach, is away from traffic of Ocean Boulevard! 

Grill Out & Chill Out!  Take advantage of our outdoor grill and patio area with seating for that perfect cheeseburger in paradise!

Our home has plenty of sleeping options for up to 12 guests!  The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two double beds.  The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds total), and there is even a sleeper sofa in the living room.  There`s one full bath, one half bath, and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water for maximum comfort.  There`s also a washer and dryer in the home for added convenience.

Located right in the center of North Myrtle Beach, there are literally hundreds of restaurants nearby - from fine dining to casual burgers and seafood, as well as restaurants & bars on the waterfront! 

Our tropical beach house is one short block to the beach, with direct beach access and a gorgeous stretch of sand to enjoy.  Play in the waves and soak up the sun, all while being a stone`s throw from your private house.  Live the salt life and have it all at Mai Tai`d beach house.

Beach activities such as parasailing and banana boat rides are close as well.  Enjoy walking to world famous Main Street to enjoy the lively afternoon and night time scene, complete with arcades and ice cream parlours, many restaurants, and beach clubs with live music year round!  There are regular festivals throughout the year on Main Street for fun in the sun with vendors, activities, and more.

Getting Around:
Our central location makes getting to the best attractions in town a breeze.  Multiple piers are nearby, and just 15 minutes down the road is iconic Barefoot Landing on the waterway.  It features hundreds of shops, many waterfront restaurants, live music, and fireworks every Friday in summertime at 9:00 p.m.  Duplin Winery, House of Blues Concert Venue, Tanger Outlets, Alabama Theater, Pirates Voyage, Restaurant Row, and more are all just a few minutes to the north!  Enjoy the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel, and even Broadway at the Beach.  For golf enthusiasts, our guests have a dazzling array of some of the best courses in town, all nearby!

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 21. Guest age 21 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
