Nice house located on a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping centers and not far from downtown Phoenix.

Wonderful residence. Pool was fun. Great area and just close enough o Peoria and Glendale for some fun family time.

Excellent communication. Got locked out as the code stopped working and they worked well in helping us get back in, but it continued to fail and they got us a key to use and they replaced the lock. Worked great the rest of stay. For staying 2 months, not having anywhere to put clothes and no access to closet in master was challenging. We brought in a cubbie and used it. They offered to get a dresser but by then we were fine and no room for dresser but appreciate the willingness to fix issue. No where to hang towels and they sent over door hangers. No mop and they sent one over. The 4 stars were more for the holes in the wall in bath and scrape marks in wall. A little patch work and cleaning up back yard would be nice. Yard was not taken care of, and they did send someone or maybe the timing worked out that it got some attention after we notified them. Several leaks, pool filler and sprinklers, which they took care of. Overall it worked out fine, and it was a 2 month stay. Again appreciate the excellent communication and the pool was great!

“B-Day Get Away”

Super relaxing! Great amenities, Good location, Super comfortable. I will be reserving this property every time I visit from California, my brother lives just 5 min away. Perfect set up for relaxing and fun by the pool. Only item that could use a bit of work is yard maintenance, grass and plants struggling just a little.

A few issues with the house.. The kitchen and living room area was very nice.. Both bathrooms, in the showers need safety bars, the bathroom in the hall way has a leaky faucet in the bathtub, all three bedrooms need either suitcase holders or a few dresser drawers.. Only place to put your suitcase was on the floor.. Pool was ICE COLD..Was Not HEATED..Fans and Lights in the bedrooms did not work..Backyard and front could use a little landscaping... Our last night March 2, at 1030p a lady (with the Code) walked in.. she said she had rented the house.. So Double Booking??? she apologized and left.. But for us, really scary...

For clarity, the pool is not advertised as heated, so water temperature will vary depending on the season. Regarding the situation on your final evening, there was no double booking. An individual mistakenly entered the home after finding the front door unlocked and quickly realized the error. We take guest safety seriously and are reviewing additional measures to further reinforce security. We also appreciate your input on the bathrooms, storage, fans, lighting, and landscaping, and will take those into consideration as we continue to improve the home. Thank you again for your stay.
