Spacious, Cozy 5 Bedroom Townhouse -Easy, relaxing walk to the boardwalk

The development borders the Rehoboth/Lewes Canal. Walk to the RB beach boardwalk, restaurants and shopping. This convienently located house has a total of 5 bedrooms: 3 bedroom/bathroom suites and 2 rooms with twin beds (4 beds) that share a hall bathroom. The living area is located on the 2nd floor and includes a living, dining room combination and fully equipped kitchen.

Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day; 4pm check in/11am check out.

This is a spacious, beautiful, well maintained townhome located in the gated community of Edgewater Park, just off of Rehoboth Avenue.

The home is just eight blocks from the beach - an easy relaxing walk or bike ride to all the shopping and restaurants in downtown Rehoboth and the acclaimed Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. The house is a 5 minute drive to premium outlet stores. (Delaware has no sales tax.) The Rehoboth-Lewes bike path is also nearby. There is a large playground/park area within a block and visible across the canal from the community. There is also a water park within a 5 minute drive.

House Details:
The home is four stories, 3200 square feet, perfect for a cozy gathering of families and friends, yet large enough to have some privacy too. Each floor has a balcony or patio.

On the entry level/first floor, we have a third master/5th bedroom with a private bathroom, a queen size bed, and a sliding door out to the patio.

The living area and kitchen are on the second floor. This main level is an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen, a TV mounted above the fireplace. There is a balcony off the living room with a grill and patio seating.

On the third floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. 1) The second master has a Queen size bed, TV, private bathroom and private balcony. 2) ”kids” room 1 two twin size beds 3) the “kids” room 2 two twin beds. Rooms 2 & 3 share a full bathroom.

The fourth floor master is approx 800 square feet with a King size bed and a sitting area. This room has a private balcony and a luxury bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate full size stand-up shower.

We provide internet access and TVs in 3 of the 5 bedrooms.
Please note, linen (towels and sheets) are not provided you will need to bring your own linens.

Pretty terrible for the price. It looks as if they never fixed the AC issues from the previous reviews. Spent half our stay in an 80 degree house, absolutely miserable. Supposedly there was an issue with the AC - while the 4th floor was semi tolerable, the rest of the unit was over 80 degrees. Once the issue was fixed, the 4th floor stopped working. If you’re looking for a place to escape the summer heat, this place isn’t it.The interior has 2 cameras, one on the 1st floor when you first walk in. Another on the second floor in the main living area - didn’t see a need for the 2nd camera, felt like an invasion of privacy. The listing also did not mention this. The kitchen floor was badly scratched up and dirty. There was a piece of gum left on the headboard in the 4th floor bedroom. Jets in the advertised “jetted” tub didn’t work. Grill outside was filled with webs. The one upside was there is a community pool

Spacious Townhouse

Second stay. 2011 and 2024. Property was the same. Some updates will give them a 4 rating. We spent our time shopping and eating in town. Location is 4 stars. Amenities need to be checked prior to check in. We gathered in the well-lit kitchen for breakfast each morning. I would have liked the owner to let us know about the televisions before arriving, but I suspect they have not been to the property lately. Knowing what I know it would be challenging to book again.

Nice Place - Needs Some Maintenance

Property was very large and easily accommodated our family and extended family. 8 total traveled the youngest was 15. Check-In was smooth and easy. Place was relatively clean. Major problem with the AC. This is a big property and owner remotely controls the temp, so the comfort factor was an issue. The AC was turned off between rentals so any cooling of the unit took over 12 hours to get to 75. This unit could benefit from an AC split unit on the top floor to cool everything. The electronics in the house were barely functional. Most TVs did not work and several lights/lamps were missing bulbs. I would maybe consider going again, but overall this place needs a little TLC.

Needs Maintenance and updating

A Group of 7 friends traveled to Rehoboth for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for the 7 (3 couples and 1 additional) of us. The development is nicely maintained. Very close to outlets About a 10-15 drive to the beach About a 30 minute walk to boardwalk The inside is tired and in need of updating. Furniture is old 80s Contemporary Not much of a beach feel Carpets are stained Kitchen table had something gritty and sticky on it Questioning whether the place had actually been cleaned before we got there Mattresses were thin and covered in heavy plastic which was noisy and uncomfortable to sleep on Not all lamps in bedrooms had lightbulbs while there are balconies on all levels, only the lowest level had furniture 2 rotted wicker style and 2 dirty plastic. The garbage’s disposal didn’t work and the sink would fill with water when doing dishes and then slow drain I communicated that to renter and got no response. Overall the place has potential but definitely needs better maintenance and updating. I would given it a 2.5 rating if available. We’d definitely look for a different place

Great location!

I stayed with my family including 6 adults and we had more than enough space in this spacious property. Location was perfect with a quick walk to downtown Rehoboth and a short drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend!
