Spacious air conditioned/heated cozy family home that sleeps up to twelve people with a wonderful sunroom, and beautifully furnished oversized deck equipped with lounge chairs umbrellas and a gas grill. The backyard is huge with enough room to even play football, or baseball. With sea saw, swing set, swing chair, firepit, hammock, volleyball, and picnic tables. (plenty of outdoor games are provided) Anywhere you sit in the backyard, you will find it to be serene and relaxing. You can also enjoy watching the children play, as well as watching your fuzzy friend run around, as we are pet friendly. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a sunroom and a fully equipped entertainment center downstairs.
Just about everything in the entertainment room is new, and that includes a 65-inch smart TV, an eight-foot billiard table, full sized ping pong table, Giant JENGA, Air Hockey, Card table, Coin operated Electronic Dart board, coin operated Pacman Machine ( 1st 10 games free). A Cozy Play Corner is dedicated for the smaller children with a tyke slide, tyke basketball, board games etc... Just drive right on up to the property that can accommodate six cars. You can also enjoy our nice quiet neighborhood by taking a nice enjoyable walk, or our Wallenpaupack walk trails. Wallenpaupack Lake is within walking distance. But if you'd like to explore the surrounding area around the 13-mile lake, (beach) there are various restaurants, outdoor activities, and other amenities that you will need to use your vehicle for. Marinas are located within 5 miles, and we can accommodate your boat, or jet skis in our parking space.
