One of the best hosts we've ever had

The location is great, it's very quiet. The no wake lake is great if you just want to hang out and swim. And the hosts were phenomenal and super responsive and helpful. 100% recommend to anyone looking

We had the best time at this beautiful property, it ticked all the boxes!! The host, Craig, was very communicative making sure our stay was awesome. Definitely one of the better Vrbo properties we’ve stayed in and we plan to return again soon.

Beautiful home!

The house was comfortable and so well stocked with everything you could think of. Loved the grocery pick up. We had great family time cooking in the beautiful kitchen and using the kayaks and paddleboards everyday.

Family trip

The house was clean and comfortable. My family and I had a great time using the paddle boards/kayaks on the lake. There was plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. The property and views are beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

So peaceful!

We made a work trip into a family getaway and this house was perfect! We started our mornings on the lake and enjoyed the back deck in the evenings! The neighbors and community were so friendly and helpful!

Son’s high school graduation vacation celebration

Our stay here was exactly what we were looking for. The layout of the house and the progression to the lake was ideal. The large family room opened up to the large covered deck which lead you down to the hot tub then to the large flat yard and then finally to the dock and lake. Everyone could be doing something different yet still feel “part of the group”. The house was in great condition and very clean. We put in a grocery order before we arrived and Brenda picked it up for us and stocked the kitchen so it was all done when we got there.We took full advantage of the lake and all the community activities including tennis and golf. We had a great vacation!

Beautiful Bella Vista:)

Thank you so much for offering this incredible property for us to enjoy. The kayaks, dock & accessibility to the water was an incredible addition to the awesome mountain biking for our whole family. We have 5 kiddos and we all had an amazing time:) Hopefully we can visit again!!

Fabulous Vacation

This was by far our most amazing vacation. The house and location were beautiful. Everything was taken care of, very clean and all the water toys were a huge bonus! Very relaxing and carefree. Brenda was AMAZING!!!!!!!

The house, the setting, all the accessories gave us the perfect break away! This property has so many places to hang out (including the lake!), and just do not a lot. We had the best time...doing nothing! Highly recommended to anyone who wants a great place to stay!

Family weekend for UArk graduation

Such a quiet beautiful property! We loved the kayaks, fishing, yard games and fire pit! The kitchen has everything you need. House was just perfect, comfortable, cozy and clean. You won’t want to leave!

We had a list of things to do, but ended up not wanting to leave! The grocery delivery was the best thing ever. We enjoyed every bit of this property. Just being able to relax and hang out with our friends, having everything we needed was perfect. We did check out the Bentonville Farmers Market, which was great. We will be back for sure!!! The best ever!

Wonderful time in NW Arkansas

Wonderful house that has been completely updated in a comfortable way. House had every possible kitchen tool you could ever need. Wonderful deck to relax on. Any questions were promptly answered by the hosts. Convenient to mountain biking, Bentonville, and all the area has to offer.

Beautiful updated lake house

Our family of 5 loved our stay at the lake house! We kayaked, paddled, and swam in the lake, then relaxed on the gorgeous back deck! Our very favorite activity was hiking up the river to the falls at Tanyard creek. We loved the cave outside Noel, the gorgeous glass chapel, and the funky Bentonville downtown. We took a day trip to check out the University of Arkansas, enjoyed the food trucks and hiking!

House just like home

This place is fabulous! The house was clean, clean, clean and had all of the water sport toys you would want. There were all in very good condition. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. Location is great! Very safe for our little kiddos aged 5 and 3. We are thinking when we can come back again.

Fantastic Stay

This house is amazing. It was the backdrop where my husband and I said, "I Do" out on the dock. It was a small family gathering early on a Saturday morning accompanied by this beautiful lake, fish, landscape and home. It's all we dreamed of and more. Our hosts were amazing and we will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversaries here with our kids. They could not get enough of it. Awesome getaway.

Lovely lake home near Bentonville AR!

Well appointed lake home in the heart of the Bentonville trail system. The lake home was very accommodating for a family. Inside the house had everything we needed and it was very clean with comfortable beds. Outside everything was available for enjoying the lake. We got to use the spacious deck, hot tub, paddle boards, kayak and the dock was a great place to fish. Before our arrival we were able to place a grocery pick up and the caretaker picked up our order and put our groceries away for us! We highly recommend and will rent again!

Really the perfect spot in a great area!

The place is everything the pictures show and more. Really something for everyone; the water toys were a big hit with everyone especially the kids. Fishing is nice. Mornings were quiet and cool on the back deck enjoying coffee and a book. The area has a lot to offer; we barely scratched the surface though because we just enjoyed our downtime so much at the house. We hope to be back soon. Thanks, The Schexnailder’s

The Best!

Cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was! Right on the quiet lake with a beautiful flat grass yard leading to a dock. Great covered outdoor deck with fire table and plenty of seating! Amazing hot tub too! Inside was perfect with a gourmet kitchen, laundry room with Peloton, big couch and TV, and more! Giant dining room table, great bathrooms each with 2 sinks and comfortable beds for 7. There are so many nice touches that I can't even begin to list, but we had a ton of fun on the double kayak and paddleboards! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Beautiful, Clean, Spacious House with an Amazing Back View and Deck

I highly recommend this property for all families, groups, etc. It is immaculate inside with a beautiful remodel and comfortable furnishings! Towels, start-up needs like toilet paper, paper towels and soaps are all provided. The kitchen is well stocked with great dishware, utensils, pots, etc. The back view is breathtaking with an enormous deck to take it all in from. Several water toys and water crafts are available at the property and are well kept! This is a huge bonus!!! The hosts go above and beyond with their communication by providing helpful information about the area with additional amenities/activities near the property. They put a ton of thought into what makes a great stay and provided it for us. We had an incredible time and are already planning for our next trip back to hopefully be able to book this property again! Thank you again for the incredible hospitality and letting us enjoy all your property has to offer. We will remember it for a long time!

Fabulous Lake House

Lovely Lakehouse on the shore of Lake Avalon in Bella Vista. The house sits on one of the best lots that surround this charming private lake. Craig & Colleen have thought of everything and were both very attentive hosts and quickly answered the few questions we had. The house is well equipped with water toys and everything you need to paddle board, kayak and lounge on the lake. The kitchen is very well furnished and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The large deck was perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee looking out over the calm lake water. The Bella Vista location is perfect with easy access to a dozen golf courses, hike and bike trails and the city of Bentonville. This is just a great location in Northwest Arkansas. The only comment I would add is that we would have tried out the paddle boat but it was on the dock and too heavy for us to launch into the water. My friend found the queen size bed a little too firm for her liking and thought the pillows could be improved. I would love to return for another visit – if a little more affordable I would stay longer next time! Thank you to Craig and & Colleen for making the Little Sugar Lake house fabulous and available.

Our family loves travel and adventure! Northwest Arkansas was a surprisingly fun stop while living on the road. It turned out to be more than just a stop over! Our young daughter loves the nearby trails and you'll spot some pics of her adventures on the walls. We hope you love it here too :)

We fell in love with this property the moment we walked in the door! It is the most peaceful and relaxing home; it feels remote while being close to everything! We love that you can see turtles, birds, fish, and even a fox at night.

It's a true adventurer's dilemma at Little Sugar Lake House; you are surrounded by nature and have immediate access to world-class recreation.

Please note that the property is located in a private community with a Property Owner Association (POA). Please provide us with the first and last names of each guest if you wish to use community amenities such as beach, recreation centers, indoor/outdoor pools, pickle ball courts, tennis courts etc.. We will create individual passes prior to your arrival. There will be a discounted GUEST FEE for some activities that will be required of guests.
