Welcome to the stunning Aspen Falls, a luxury lake house in Bella Vista, Arkansas! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is situated right on the shores of beautiful Lake Loch Lomond. With panoramic lake views and luxurious amenities, Aspen Falls is the perfect choice for your next vacation rental.

Inside, Aspen Falls features a spacious, open-concept living area with a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace. Large windows offer stunning views of the lake and fill the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including high-end appliances and cookware.

The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, lake views, and an en-suite bathroom with access to the back deck.
There are 3 additional bedrooms, as well as a study with a bunk bed.

Step outside onto the spacious deck area and take in the stunning lake views. The deck features a barbecue grill and plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for outdoor dining or simply relaxing and soaking up the views.
There is also a large firepit area looking over the lake.
A private dock provides access to the lake, where you can swim, fish, take out the provided kayaks (2) / stand-up paddleboard (1), or spend time on the lily pad.

The rental includes access to the garage and use of the electric car charger. It is a J1772 Level 2 charger (can be used with most EVs without adaptor and can charge Teslas using the J1772 adaptor that comes with most Teslas).

We’ve never had a better experience with a house, host or owner. The home is beautiful with stellar views. Well stocked, great condition and so many amenities. The instructions are well thought out and the service even better! The coffee maker broke one morning and there was a brand new one at the door 38 minutes later! Thank you!!

An enjoyable stay

The house has lovely views and nice amenities to enjoy the lake. We enjoyed the screened porch overlooking the quiet cove of the lake. Of note for anyone with mobility challenges, the walkway to the lake from the house is paved, but steeper than it seemed in photos. The property manager was quick to respond and helpful to address any concerns. An enjoyable week spent in a very nice home!

Very nice property in a great location. We can down with a group for bikes blues and bbqs and had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone and the house was very neat and clean. The grounds were perfect with nice places to sit outside and a great view of the lake!!

This home IS the vacation.

We are frequent VRBO renters and this home makes our short list for all-time favorites. Beautiful setting, well-appointed kitchen for people who like to cook. Comfortable beds, great water pressure, immaculately maintained property - inside and out. Conveniently located for golf, biking, all the things in NWA, but honestly, once we checked in, there was no need to leave - everything we needed was right there for a lovely long weekend at the lake.

Beautiful house

The house was spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, we had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time jumping off the dock and swimming. The lake is very nice and calm and the water was clear. The dining room table was large and fits lots of people, and the furniture in the living room is very comfortable. We really enjoyed ourself at this house and would love to come back again in the future!

Wonderful!

This home was perfection! Spacious, clean, and well stocked. We spent time everyday at the dock, the kids loved jumping off the back and wading in from the stairs. Everyone loved the Kayaks. Home is on a quiet cove, lake water was clear, and properties are all immaculately maintained. The waterfall was beautiful. Would recommend a wagon for hauling things to and from the dock. We enjoyed smores around the fire pit. Perfect spot for a wonderful family escape! 10/10 would recommend!
