Welcome to The Palms. A newly renovated 4 plex offering 1 bed 1 bath units with a full kitchen. Each unit sleeps 4 comfortably with the new memory foam queen sleeper sofas. This oasis is offering a great outside space. Lounge by the pool, enjoy dinner in your courtyard. Gas grills are available. Grab your beach chairs, wagon and umbrella and head to the white sandy beach only 200 yards away. Less than a mile from time square and blocks from several restaurants and bars that have reopened. Ron was very personable with great hospitality! Fantastic access to the beach, fantastic access to Time Square, awesome pool, very clean, perfect getaway for two! We will be back!

Great getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Ron was helpful in checking in and out and we had a relaxing time in the pool and the quick walk to the beach. There is some hurricane repair happening in that street but once you are at the place, it is its own oasis.

A slice of paradise

Ft. Myers beach is rebuilding and this property makes it feel like your own little slice of paradise. Clean, updated, had all the amenities we could ask for. Close to the beach and the perfect distance from downtown.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect place to stay for my last minute trip to Fort Myers. Host was immediately responsive to all my questions and very helpful. Place was the perfect size and had everything I needed. It was amazing being right across from the beach. Highly recommend for couples or a solo adventure!

Perfect little get away place near the beach.

Super cute 4-plex place. Private pool & 200ft away from the beach. Small walk the shopping and restaurants. The house has everything you need for making meals and the place. I would like to go back to here again sometime.

Adorable property. Conveniently located for active adults to Times Square. Perfectly underpopulated beach. Plus a pool on property. Worked perfectly for the two of us!

Perfect quiet stay

Stayed for a week. Very nice clean accommodation. Nice private pool for the 4 unit rental. Owners couldn't be more accommodating and available if needed. Walking distance to beach and other establishments. Sadly, hurricane took out many businesses in the area, but hoping they will be rebuilt. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc close. Public transportation readily available. Would stay there again!

Our new "Little kept secret"!!! Got in on a Thursday night and left Sunday afternoon... New, modern and with the comforts of home...Two queen size beds were plenty for our boys and ourselves...The kitchen was enough to cook and enjoy a home made breakfast instead of eating out during our stay... A short walk to the beach that almost seemed private while enjoying the sun and surf... When we were done with the salt water a nice even more relaxing dip in the private pool this hideaway has was even better! Plenty of restaurants to enjoy seafood or good ole Americana and neighboring bars to socialize at... Ron was a great host, personable and was available if needed and was very helpful with the amenities such as beach chairs and kids toys we could use to keep them busy... We will, with out a second thought, be back soon for another enjoyable stay and this time a little longer to take in more of the area and what some of the short distant drives to surrounding keys have for shopping and eating... Highly, Highly recommended... Ron thanks again Sir, we'll be in touch soon!!!

Clean, nice place in a Hurricane-Devastated Neighborhood

Facility is an old bungalow that was completely rebuilt after hurricane and subdivided in to four small units. Interior, though small is well appointed. King Bed is great. Kitchen is functional. Only negative is AC fan that is loud when sitting in living/dining area. There is small pool behind building. The reason no pictures are shown is because the surrounding area is a hurricane disaster area. As you turn down street off of Estero Blvd, you are greeted with a 2 tottering hurricane damaged cottages Missing windows. Across the street are bulldozed empty lots for sale. Additionally, getting to the unit requires navigating an almost constant 30+ minute traffic jam on the only access road. Nevertheless, the beach within 5 minute walk is glorious.

Ron was a great host. Very responsive and quick. The accommodations were all new post hurricane and it showed. Everything worked well was very clean. Location was super convenient and close to the beach. We would stay here again if in Ft Myers.

Great stay! Fantastic location with an awesome, easy walk to the beach!! Loved that beach chairs, umbrellas and cart to carry all items to the beach were available… big time plus! Just the right size rental for my wife and I, solid option!!
