Our relaxing and stylish 2B/2B beachfront condo provides amazing views, with direct access right to the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise, taking in the sounds of the ocean, and end your day with your favorite cocktail on the back porch for sunsets! Sleeps 8, perfect for families with children, "work-cations", or romantic getaways!
The space
Bright open floor plan with all the convenient features of home including:

* Large 65" flat screen TV with over 125 channels and streaming capability
* Fresh drinking water with our Primo hot and cold water dispenser
* Blu-Ray DVD players and assortment of movies
* Margaritaville frozen drink maker
* White noise sound machines to maximize your relaxation experience!
* High output ceiling fan with remote control operation

Our property is centrally located close to all that Surfside Beach has to offer including many popular local restaurants and bars such as the Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill, the Seahorse Bar & Grill and many others!

Surfside Food Mart is also close by for any grocery needs and anything else you might need. Lake Jackson is also not too far away from Surfside and there you will find a Walmart as well as several chain restaurants such as Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, etc.

Enjoy full access to our home during your stay! Covered parking is provided and there is space for three vehicles parked in tandem.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was a minute walk to the beach, which is why we chose it. Not to mention the host’s were super awesome. You will not regret staying here.

Amazingly Equipped Condo

This property had all the little things you need on vacation and it was wonderful to not have to buy all that extra stuff. You can tell people leave stuff behind for the next visitors and we did the same. We were so close to the beach and the front porch was everything!

Amazing Hosts, Great Place

From the kitchen to the beach...These hosts have thought of EVERYTHING and provided it. Super cozy and clean. Beds, couches, chairs and outdoor seating were all comfy. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Perfect place for a couple or a family to relax and make memories. As described, this is a condo, so you may have neighbors above you and to one side...perfect if you need more than 1 unit;)

Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful time. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. This place is wonderful! The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable, the view was amazing, the decor was “beachy”and fun. Beautiful deck and a quick walk to the beach. The owners were easily accessible .Shelli was great to deal with…always quick to respond to my questions. They left great instructions that were greatly appreciated and clearly made every effort to make our experience one that would make cherished memories. I highly recommend!

Amazing

A wonderful time was had by me , my two daughters and 2 daughter in laws. Plenty of room ,could have easily slept more. So many great extras. We loved how they had everything we needed for the beach, especially the wagon to carry things in . The city of Surf side has water that smells aweful, but they supplied plenty of fresh water. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook up a great dinner. Thank you for a perfect place to relax at the beach!

The perfect place for our celebration

This was the perfect place to celebrate my fiancés retirement as well as my daughter’s birthday at another rental. When not at the beach we were so comfortable relaxing on the sofa and sleeping in a cushy bed. Everything we needed was there including fresh drinkable water. Our little grandkids can over one day and went crazy for the bunk bed room watching movies that were supplied. The condo had full view of the beach and nice swings on the porch with a nice breeze. We will be scheduling another trip after the holidays to enjoy a another nice relaxing stay. Rick and Carolyn

New, clean, comfortable & great location

We stayed 2 nights in June 2022. The location is very convenient to the beach and it is a great bargain for what you get. The house has all the amenities you could need. We were very comfortable. My 11 & 13 year old girls loved the large bunk beds. We used several of the games supplied by the house. House was very clean and everything was labeled so we could find everything easily. Simple check in and out procedures. Only minor complaint was noisy upstairs renters with small children. We would stay again. Thanks!

Clean, fantastic beach views, with everything you need!

The balcony is amazing with a ton of seating including 2 porch swings. When they say the house is fully stocked, they mean it. We had everything we needed to cook, sleep, and host other families. Check in was extremely simple. The house is open concept, that looks like someone from HGTV remodeled it. The Air Conditioning actually works! We like it cold and the A/C had no problem keeping it chilly. Forgot your phone charger? No problem, at each side of the bed (and in the bunk bed) there are chargers for Apple, Android, and USB-C. We vacationed with two other families that booked with someone else and they paid WAY more for inferior houses. There are beds for a minimum of 10 adults, with an air mattress in the closet for more. Our kids LOVED the bunk room and the other families children begged to stay the night to sleep in that room, which we allowed and there was still plenty of room. Literally steps from the beach. I could go on and on…..
