Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

401 Windsor Place is a beautifully appointed villa in Palmetto Dunes with ocean views! Start your vacation memories today!

As you walk through the front door to be greeted with the ocean view, the light shines across the open-plan layout. An attractive living room provides a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional guests and two swivel chairs. Ample seating for dining is provided with six chairs at the dining table and three stools at the kitchen bar. Tastefully decorated, this villa has granite counter tops and tile floors in the kitchen. Off of the kitchen is a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The primary suite has a king bed, and the updated ensuite features a double vanity, a large soaking tub, and a separate glass shower. On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom, which has two twin beds. Relax and enjoy the wonderful views from the balcony, which connects to the living room balcony. The second bathroom, located in the hallway just off the guest bedroom, has a large walk-in shower.

The balcony overlooks a gorgeous grass yard with palm trees, lagoons, and lush tropical landscaping. Sit back and enjoy the wonderful view of the ocean and the serene landscape.

The place was beautiful, clean and well equipped with all we needed. We usually stay ocean front in Forest Beach but after this trip the family unanimously agreed -we have found our new vacation spot at Windsor Place. Island Time was great at communicating with us and made the whole process easy.

The unit got new carpet and living room furniture in between my trips and they were so nice, the carpet was extremely soft. The kitchen has everything we needed and the bathrooms are both beautiful and spacious. Island time is our favorite property manager, we felt so taken care of. I'm looking forward to staying again!

Should have done more research

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: OWNER DIRECT charges a fee for rentals, then farms out the actual rental to another agency- which by the way charges another fee. Various "mandatory options"/chair rentals,etc are not disclosed on the OD site and you find out only when your confirmation comes thru- kinda of late for that!!. Save yourself some $$ and go direct with the actual rental people and QUESTION EVERYTHING- Initially, ISLAND TIME were puzzled when my request first hit them. It took many e-mails to begin to straighten this mess out with OWNER DIRECT. Months into the process, I was still getting e-mails that the rental was pending- even after my 2nd rental charge went thru. Complete BUSH LEAGUE OUTFIT

Winsdor Place Sun Seekers

Lovely accomodations with ocean views and plenty of sunshine from triple aspect corner unit windows. I didn't give cleanliness 5 stars because of the worn and spotted carpet. Owner is aware as I see from previous posts; they indicate that they are planning to replace it. Looking forward to booking again next year.

Nice and Roomy

We really enjoyed this property. Spacious and comfortable unlike some smaller properties on the island. Our only complaint is no blackout or room darkening shades in bedrooms. If you are an early riser you’re awake at daybreak. Part of our vacation is getting caught up on sleep. Not so much this trip.

A nice feature is a door that closes off the guest bedroom and bathroom (in addition to doors on each of those rooms) for extra privacy. The property was well maintained, the pool area very nice with several shaded spots for hot days.The community of Palmetto Dunes is beautifully landscaped and has so many activities for all ages.Island Time rental agency was very easy to work with, communicated well and responsive to questions. We had one very small issue and it was fixed within two hours. I would highly recommend this agency.

We unfortunately had to stay during a hurricane and while everyone was quick to act BEFORE the hurricane, the clean up and get back to normal crew, did not. Had to wait almost a full 24 hours for the elevator to turn back on, and when on the 4th floor, that’s a lot of stairs with an 18 month old. We also expected to be able to swim, but the pools were GROSS for 2 days. Which sucked cause it ruined the end of our vacation.

Decent vacation

The condo was well stocked. Pretty clean although there were some stains on bedding in guest room and two nose leavings on the wall in guest room. WiFi was incredibly slow. The pool was not well maintained and rather dirty. The size of the condo was good. Laundry room and appliances were good.

Great remodel & location!

Fully equipped except for bedside clocks. If you use your phone or watch to check the time at night, you won’t miss them. Kitchen had everything we needed. When ironing board couldn’t be found, the rental agency was quick to provide. Elevator was down all week which wasn’t great for a fourth floor unit. In addition, the water was off from 9-4:30 one day due to a meter replacement. However, Island Time HHI informed us of both in advance (others who had a different rental agency informed the agency!). Great customer service by Island Time HHI. Enjoyed the stay!
