Beautiful fully renovated house, 1 short block from the beach.

It’s a perfect house for a vacation, 1 short block from the beach and the best restaurants in Long Beach Island. You can enjoy dining in a sunny bright deck and yard or in the bright living room with your family and friends on a 10 seat wood dining table. The kitchen is fully furnished and modern, and there is a barbecue outdoors for summer nights. There is plenty of natural light in the living room and bedrooms enhanced by the soaring cathedral ceilings. Common areas are spacious as well as the bedrooms. Laundry room with new washer and dryer. The kitchen is furnished with two door fridge, new oven and stove, and dishwasher. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. This house is perfect for a family or a small group of friends and comfortably fits 6 people.

Please note that linen service is not included with this rental. This is pretty standard for the island, since cleaning services cannot do laundry within the tight check-in and check-out windows. You will need to bring your own sheets, bath, kitchen, and beach towels, etc. Blankets and pillows are provided.

This is our third visit to this home. It’s an Amazing place. We couldn’t ask for more….beautiful home with allyou need to dine in or out, a 3-minute walk to sand and wonderfully pleasant owners. Walkable breakfast, lunch, dinner and Ice Cream.Short drive to Ole’ Barney, Kayaking,Paddleboarding and other parts of the island.You will not be dissappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at John’s house in Harvey Cedars. Check-in was a breeze with clear, easy-to-follow instructions, and the home was spotless upon arrival. The space feels modern and thoughtfully laid out, making it perfect for families, especially those with young kids. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more), including a wine fridge that felt like such a treat.The bathrooms were spacious and well-kept, though families with little ones should note there is no tub. The outdoor shower was a standout feature with plenty of hot water, good pressure, and even a light for nighttime use. Bedrooms were comfortable with nicely sized beds. Even though the house sits on the main road and near a firehouse, noise was never an issue and we all slept well.The location was amazing, within walking distance to the market, an ice cream shop, and restaurants, which kept us entertained even during a rainy hurricane week. The beach was just a short walk away, and crossing the road was easy with frequent breaks in traffic. John was an attentive host, always quick to respond and proactive about sharing any updates. Overall, it was an incredible stay and we would absolutely book again.

We have stayed for several years at this house and love its location, amenities, and the Harvey cedars beaches. The kids enjoy the Bay beach and we steps away from the ocean for romping in the surf and exploring.

This was our second time vacationing here and we have loved our stays. We hope to make this a yearly summer tradition! The house is great - spacious & has everything you could need. And we also love that the beach, food shopping, restaurants, and ice cream parlor are all within walking distance.

The house was excellent for our vacation needs. We truly enjoyed the proximity to the beach, market and some restaurants. The short walk to ice cream was also amazing for the kids. Usually the beds in these houses are subpar but they were actually comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to questions prior to arrival and alerted us about an issue with an AC unit. He had a remedy already in place before we arrived. The remedy was good enough for us.We will definitely be back next time we travel to LBI

Great stay over Memorial Day weekend

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend. We loved being just one short block from the beach and felt we had it all to ourselves as the beach was not crowded at all. Harvey Cedars is quaint and relaxing. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well as a market, liquor store and ice cream shop. The house was spacious and well equipped, with a nice deck and outdoor space. The only thing I would say is the queen mattress in the master bedroom was not the most comfortable. But overall, this house was a great find!

We had a great time on our vacation here. House and location was exactly as noted. All was so nice and clean when we arrived. Loved the large table in the kitchen for our game nights (and days during the rainy days) with a fully stocked kitchen as well. Highly suggest to all!

Great place to stay!

We love this rental. This is the second year we stayed because the location is beautiful. The layout of the place is gorgeous and it’s beautifully clean. We had the greatest time again this year. Stayed with my son and daughter-in-law and the kids three and 5+ one little dog.we couldn’t have found a better place. Thank you very much, John!

This was a perfect location with easy access to anything you could need. John was very easy to communicate with and we greatly appreciated his flexibility in moving our trip one day out. Short stay

We went for 5 days. Nice place. Kitchen was well equipped. Coffee maker and Keurig and espresso machine so you have options. The place was clean. Only suggestion is to bring your own beach chairs. They have some but are well used

Was perfect - walking distance to everything we needed - clean, only negative was the linens - you need to bring your own. Overall- excellent!!
