Modern lakeside private home, dock, main channel views, off Horsehoe Bend!

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to make our guests experience perfect and are very sorry there were some issues during your stay. Our kitchen is typically stocked with a wine opener. We were unaware the wine opener was missing. We have replaced the missing wine opener. We try to keep a fully stocked kitchen/bar but sometimes items go missing. We immediately replace missing items once we become aware. We are also very sorry about the geese droppings. As you noted, this is out of our control and prior to your stay, we had not had issues with the geese this season. It is common at the Lake of the Ozarks for geese to use docks and swim platforms overnight to sleep and take cover. They typically stay away during the day, but property owners often wake to messes on their docks, swim platforms, Lilly pads or any other large floating items. It is unfortunate, out of our control but understand the frustration. At the recommendation of friends and other experts who have experienced the same issues, we have since purchased flags for the dock and other recommended bird deterrents to attempt to keep the geese off our dock at night. In regard to the sleeping arrangements at our home, our listing does state there are 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds/bunk. In order to accommodate the two additional people our home can hold, we purchased a tri-fold queen size memory foam mattress we keep in the bunk room under the bottom bunk. There are extra pillows and bedding in the closets that can be used for the mattress. We appreciate the feedback and believe we have rectified the concerns raised.
