Todas las imágenes han sido actualizadas después del huracán María. Estamos ubicados en Punta del Mar. Una comunidad cerrada con seguridad 24. La ciudad está viva y vuelve a la normalidad. Estamos ubicados en un exclusivo complejo de Beach Villa asegurado en Rincon, Punt del Mar Beach Resort, ubicado en 153 acres de hábitat cuidado y natural, esta es una villa de tres pisos de 2.850 pies cuadrados con terraza exterior en el piso completo. Viene equipado con aire acondicionado central, Internet de alta velocidad, cocina totalmente equipada, comedor, sala de estar y patio en el primer piso. Balcones en cada habitación en el segundo piso con acceso directo a la playa, se encuentra a 100 yardas a la orilla de una de las playas más bellas de Puerto Rico. Este es un complejo residencial privado frente al mar con dos millas de playa privada cerca del centro de Rincon y del centro de Aguada. Proporcionamos toallas de calidad, toallas de playa, sábanas y almohadas de alto hilo. La villa cuenta con 3 dormitorios, (1 cama king size en el dormitorio principal, 2 camas gemelas en el segundo dormitorio y 1 cama king en el 3er dormitorio) 2 1/2 baños, Internet de alta velocidad, secadora de cabello, tabla de planchar, parrilla de gas Weber sillas de playa, sombrilla de playa y área de comedor. Este es un gran escape de todo. Simplemente relájese y disfrute del retiro de Gilligan Island. Minutos de distancia son cenas, actividades y compras.

Our family of four had the best week at Jennifer’s home! It was clean, colorful, and has everything you need for a great trip. Jennifer is wonderful and easy to communicate with. We loved the quick access to the beautiful beach and hitting all the surf spots within walking distance. We loved our time here and hope to return!

Jennifer was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The house is nothing short of charming. We stayed four nights and I still don't think that was enough time to take in all the unique touches and fun decor. The house has everything you could need - which isn't always the case with VRBOs.

We had a wonderful stay and can’t recommend this property enough. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Jen was absolutely wonderful and very responsive. The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and well cared for. One of the highlights was the short walk to a protected beach area, which was perfect for children. The community amenities were outstanding, including a great pool, gym, and pickleball courts. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would happily return to.

What a warm, spirited, comfortable place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beach is beautiful, accessible and uncrowded. There is a lot of wave action, which makes it interesting for surfing, boogie boards, etc. The large 3rd-floor deck is a welcoming comfy oasis when the sun goes down. The whole villa is very-well equipped, with extensive furnishings and decoration. Located in a quiet, secure community, but a short drive of 15 minutes or less gets to nearby restaurants, shops and services. You can even walk down the beach to some. So glad we "discovered" this place -- will definitely consider it for future stays.
The entry to the villa -- very well landscaped and welcoming. It's located near the first parking lot after the entry way to the sports/rec center. The "A" block is the first one you come to as you enter the property.
One of the great beach views just a short walk away. We spent a lot of time on the beach!

Best place and host we have ever had!

This was the most amazing stay our family could imagine. Our host was incredibly responsive and just wanted to assure we were making amazing family memories. The house is filled with extras to make every day better The location is unbelievable. We were provided with ecellent recommendations for anything we wanted to do. The best. The perfect villa!

The villa was amazing! Steps from the beach, stocked with everything we needed, and full of such unique artwork. The property is quiet and safe, and a short drive to downtown Rincon. We loved the roof deck and hot tub - beautiful star gazing on clear nights. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This villa was the perfect place for a beach vacation. Just outside the door and a short path to the beach. The home had everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. Communication with the hostess was wonderful, very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Location is quiet. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Suggest the owners keep an instruction booklet for check-out, but it didn’t matter because they were super responsive to all our questions at any time. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this place so much that we would have extended our stay if someone wasn't coming right after us. Communication was excellent. Location was perfect. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 teenagers but it would still be very comfortable for 2 families. We were not familiar with how the hot tub worked but as soon as we asked the host sent a video showing what to do. The beach was pretty rough/strong waves that made swimming questionable while we were there but the shelling was incredible. The pool is designed in a way that makes it very comfortable even if crowded and gives each party a space of their own. Think lazy river but not a full circle. Beds are comfy, water pressure perfect, air conditioning and internet worked great and theres quadruple the amount of towels 2 families could possibly need and there's every small kitchen appliance and cookware you could think of. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and pool. My 75 year old very conservative mother would describe some of the art as "too loud", but we're young and cool and perfer that over standard issued made for hotel paintings. There is a bar with many bottles of liquor (honor system, replace what you drink ) that might be a trigger for some but Im sure they'd remove it if asked. There's literally nothing we could complain about. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing Well-Stocked Beach Community rental

My family and I spent three nights here. We found the unit the most well-stocked out of any vacation rental we've done (cooking supplies, beverages, beach gear, etc...), and it was very spacious and well decorated. Great place to relax, and Jennifer was an amazing host and great with communications. We also enjoyed the restaurants in Rincon.

We had an amazing stay. The villa is beautiful and fun. The property is magnificent. We had so much fun exploring the area around Rincon. Jennifer was an amazing host. Chilling by the shore

We had a great time here and hung out at the beautiful private beach every day. The condo is clean, spacious, and the owner has everything there that you could possibly need. Communication with the owner was great. A perfect getaway!
