1 Small Dog (Under 30 lb) Allowed so long as the dog is not allowed to go on furniture or beds.  No cats or other pets.   No larger dogs. *. No more than 1 dog.   thank you.

Recreational Passes are required to use the resort amenities such as the indoor and outdoor pools, beach shuttle, hot tub / Jacuzzi, tennis, saunas, fitness gym, basketball, volleyball, ping pong, etc - everything except golf which is completely separate). NOTE: You aren't required to purchase any passes if you don't want to - purchase passes only for those who'll be using the amenities at the same time. NOTE: You Can Share Passes so it would be wise to purchase passes based on the maximum number of people in your group who'll be using the resort amenities at the same time. Also, Children under 4 years old don't need a pass - they just need to be with an adult.   Passes cost between $20- $40 depending on the time of the year - the passes are good for up to 7 nights.   You purchase the passes at the resort pavilion after you arrive by making a check or paying cash to the HOA.

Parking:  Rental Guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the Town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first.   At Bear Trap Dunes, in addition to parking available at the home, there are also additional parking locations available ( including the large parking lot next to the Bear Trap Dunes Pavilion) which do not have assigned parking spots and are available for Rental Guests to use.

Prohibited Vehicles:  Campers, boats, trailers or other oversized vehicles are not permitted.

Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers.  However, bed sheets,  pillowcases and towels are not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.

Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting. 

Cancellation policy: 
If Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after Property Manager receives deposit from Rental Guest, then Rental Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing and receive written confirmation back from the Property Manager.  
 
The following refund policy will apply:
A) A cancellation notice received from Owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the Check In Date will receive a refund, in full. **
B) If a cancellation notice is received by Property Manager less than thirty (30) days prior to Check In Date but more than 14 days prior to Check In Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund. **
C) A cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund.  **
**  The Customer Service Fee, however, is not refundable under sections A, B and C above.
