Beautiful 3bedroom, 3 bath Pinnacle Port Penthouse condo located on the beach with wide, front side ocean views and backside views of Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park. Property is located in gated Pinnacle Port community. Amenities include heated pool, fitness center, common grill area and sauna. Seasonal tiki bar at resort. Close to 30A and all its attractions, including dining, shopping, and amusements. Pinnacle Port charges a resort fee of $30.00 plus processing fee per registered vehicle. All vehicles must be registered to enter Pinnacle Port. Registration links will be sent prior to your stay.

Beach time

We enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Port. The unit was great & perfect for 2 couples. We loved the location and enjoyed several sunsets from the balcony.

Fantastic deal SO close to 30A!!

We hit the jackpot with this jewel! Two story condo with two masters was perfect for couples. Situated between Lake Powell, Inlet Beach, and that Beautiful emerald water! 2 sets of bunks with a huge pool made for some happy kids. 10/10 was easy, best bang for your buck! We will return 🏖️😁

So much to do

The living room looked right out on the ocean. Beautiful sunsets and playing dolphins. You can see far from the penthouse. The condo is well situated between Panama City and Destin with all the things to do between. Security is professional but friendly and everyone is helpful and responsive

Perfect location… a hidden gem

This is the best location Ever! You are away from the chaos, but close enough to visit more crowded areas if you want to. The beach wasn’t too crowded, and we were there for the 4th of July. I anticipated it to be insane, but it was so perfect. It was the first time we have been as a family in years. The condo was perfect and the veiw from the balcony was beautiful. Elevators were fast, and the poolside bar was great. Everyone who worked at pinnacle port was super friendly, and helpful, this community was so cute, and very safe feeling.

Beautiful Breathtaking Views Overlooking Pool to Beach and Other Towers to Inlet:) Get Squeamish a Bit with Such A Height but Just Gorgeous:) Sufficiently Gourmet Stocked Kitchen Wears and Utensils Greatly Appreciated:) Only One Con both Queen Mattresses even With Memory Foam topper’s on bed you sunk in Middle every morning a sore backs:( And the Bunk mattresses were Very hard:( Overall Very Pleased With Our Month Stay Close to the Pool/Beach with Amazing Sunsets:):):) Thank You:)

Great Beach getaway for Winter Months

Great winter getaway with kids! Tennis courts, playground, and the lovely neighborhood attached was great for walking around. Pool is heated (like bath water) and the beach was warm enough during the day. There is a sauna for use to warm up too. The fitness center only has a few treadmills, but was more than we expected. Condo sleeps 9 (we had 3 adults and 6 kids) and is very small, but doable with kids. I would not suggest this space for 9 adults. Table only sits 5 comfortably. Condo was not well stocked- plan to bring laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, large trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. There is a Publix in close proximity. Also, if you plan to have more than one vehicle, plan to pay an extra 35 per vehicle. This is a penthouse unit, so we did not allow our children on the small balconies with high furniture, but the views were lovely. The unit has been updated and is well-kept and clean. We like firmer mattresses, but if you like soft mattresses, then you will love these queen beds. This is a great condo for families (particularly those who don’t spend a lot of time indoors). Great!!

We had the best trip and stay. Perfect location with perfect views. Was skeptical since no reviews, but it was beyond out expectations. John answered any questions we had within minutes. Would recommend to anyone. Having three full baths made the world of difference.
