Built in 2022, this lovely one level, beach side retreat is stunning with its high end finishes and perfect floor plan. The vaulted ceilings in the great room allows lovely light for that airy beachside feel. This condo's open concept allows for great entertaining in the culinary dream kitchen with high end appliances, quartz countertops and solid wood cabinets. This condo is complete with 2 King Master suites, with 2 full bathrooms, 3 large smart tv's, washer and dryer and wifi. The best feature of all is that you are only steps to the beach, in one direction, and across the street from Historic Corolla Park with the Currituck beach Lighthouse, and the most beautiful sunsets in the Outer Banks. Location, location, location, everything you need for your amazing vacation is within a 3 mile radius. Shops, Restaurants and activities galore. We hope to see you soon!
*This is a BRAND NEW home in a BRAND NEW community. All like models in the same phase (phase 1) will be completed by the time of your stay. There will still be construction but it should not interfere with your ability to access the beach or any of the other amenities Corolla has to offer.

Tim is absolutely the best!! He kept in communication up to the date of travel and even responded immediately during stay! Unfortunately our weekend was pretty much rained out but Tim reached prior to our weekend and gave some ideas for indoor activities and was willing to help out with other recommendations.

We had a wonderful time in Corolla! The condo is beautiful and has everything you will need during your stay. Clean and very comfortable. Close (across the street) to the Currituck Lighthouse, and a very short walk to the beach! It was peaceful and a great location! We took long walks on the beach and and enjoyed the Wild Horse Adventure tour. Tim is a great host!

The property is in a perfect location—just steps from the beach and close to attractions like Whalehead Corolla Park and the Corolla Lighthouse. We loved that there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well.The condo itself was thoughtfully equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious and very comfortable king-sized bedrooms, and even beach gear for the kids. Both the condo and the community were well maintained, peaceful, and quiet—an ideal setting for a relaxing getaway.My husband, our 10-year-old, and I truly enjoyed our stay. Tim, our host, was incredibly responsive and proactive with communication, which made everything even smoother. We would absolutely recommend this property!

A favorite place to stay when we visit Corolla. Convenient to Whalehead, Corolla Village, and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Hosts provide the comforts of home along with beach essentials to allow for relaxation and time with family.

Nice as Sugar Magnolia

Playing in the Sand was a lovely unit in a great area. It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Yes, we did cook while on vacation! The bedrooms were good sized and the beds were great. Plenty of bath towels and beach/pool towels. There were board games and puzzles. It looked exactly as it does in the pictures. The owner was very personable and extremely easy to contact. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Corolla.

Incredible location for long weekend getaway

Wonderful community! So nice to be able to walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream, mini mart, lighthouse, and beach within minutes! The food in Corolla is fantastic. Quick drive to bigger shopping areas. Lovely home with plenty of space and amenities.

This property is beautiful and in a Wonderful location! We drove on the beach to see the wild horses and were not disappointed! There are many small restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend!!

Perfect stay!

The place was exactly as advertised! Comfortable and clean! 150 steps away from the best margarita and food spot in the area! (I counted) and not far from the beach (easily walkable) also walkable to the lighthouse.

A delightful stay in Corolla NC

The condo is lovely! Nicely furnished, kitchen is well-equipped, comfortable beds, and an extremely helpful supply of necessities...even K-cups for the essential morning coffee! My daughter and I enjoyed a few days of relaxing and reminiscing about previous vacations at Whalehead Beach in this right-sized haven for the two of us. Beach access so close, and even handicapped accessible which was an added bonus for me. Tim was so congenial and responsive when we had a question about the checkout procedure. We'd be delighted to stay in this charming unit again.

Clean, new, close to beach access

Check-in was simple, property owner/manager was very communicative and easy to reach, though we had absolutely no problems (he reached out to us on several occasions to ensure there were no problems). The property was just as described. Everything was clean, in excellent working order, and modern. The location is excellent, as it is a short walk to the beach, but also to several restaurants, a small convenience store, and various beach experience/rental companies. It was great for the two of us and our romantic getaway, but the property would also be excellent for families or two couples or a group of friends as it is very spacious with two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It was a great stay. Highly recommended.
