Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located brand new luxury condo, Seaduced! Steps to the beautiful wide beach, the large pool, and the Currituck lighthouse. You can even rent cabanas at our neighborhood pool. We have provided everything you need to come relax at the beach in a clean, stylish, modern place. Comfortable beds and furniture await you, fully equipped large kitchen with lighthouse view while you enjoy breakfast at the extra long kitchen island. This will feel like your home away from home! Neighborhood is still under construction so may hear some noise, hopefully it will be all finished and sparkling soon.

Our quick, two night stay couldn’t have been more pleasant. The booking confirmation process was expeditious and the check in info was very clear. The condo was clean, well appointed and stocked, including a ‘Welcome Basket’ filled with treats and OBX info - such a nice touch! The condo is located within short walking distance to the oceanfront, Currituck Lighthouse and other local attractions and activities (we only used our vehicle once while we were there).To our surprise, the only thing Nikki asked of us when checking out by 10am was to collect and take the garbage out - she said they’d take care of the rest!We highly recommend this property! Thanks for everything, Nikki!

Best Stay in Corolla

We absolutely love this place! it's the perfect size, comfortably appointed with the most well-equipped kitchen I have seen in a rental! The location is perfect with a restaurant on the corner, a fitness center and a pool - with cabanas for rent. I will definitely be returning next year.

Coat condo

Location is great. We enjoyed walking to eateries: Cantina (very yummy), Northern Lights Bakery (great local coffee), Uncle Ike’s (was Ok). Close/walking proximity to beach and lighthouse. Corolla Village has a great to walk through and check out the old schoolhouse, Wildlife refuge and Maritime Museum. (Maybe too much walking for kids). Great to ride bikes and go see Julie at Corolla Wild Horse tours in shopping center near condo. Beach is very clean. Salty Rim at condo has great mixed drinks.

The condo was well appointed and Nikki, the host was extremely responsive and helpful! The location was very convenient to the beach, and the pool was a nice amenity.

Convenient & Comfortable

My family and I enjoyed our vacation at the condo. The condo had all of the amenities that we needed, except curtains in the master bedroom. Everything we wanted was within walking distance.

Couldn't have been better

Everything about this place was fantastic. The unit was clean and well stocked. The kids enjoyed the pool. Great location with easy an walk to the beach, the lighthouse, Corolla park, food/ice cream. Some of the finishing touches were being put on some of the community amenities while we were there but I have no doubt it will be even better once those things are buttoned up.

A Perfect Place

We loved everything about our stay! It was our first time in Corolla and could not have asked for a better place to stay and a better host. The house was adorable along with the neighborhood it was in. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It was located close to restaurants and shopping. As stated it was our first time to the Outer Banks and we found plenty to do, places to eat, and to top it off so close to the beach not to mention the pool right around the corner. Thanks Nikki, it was a pleasure staying at your house!

Awesome place

This was the best place ever! So perfect for the three of us who traveled to Corolla for the first time. It’s not far from any attraction. The beach is just a short walk and the lighthouse same. Everything you would need , the place had. And owner was very easy to get ahold of and was always a quick response. Just made us feel at home and we didn’t want to leave! Definitely would come and stay there again if we got the chance too!

Great location!

We loved our stay at this property! It's very close to the beach entrance, which is so convenient. Also loved the view of the lighthouse from the front window and the close proximity where we could walk to the lighthouse often. The kitchen was great - we made several homemade meals during our stay and also used the grill. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous beach condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous beach condo! It was spotless and filled with everything we would need for the week. The beds were super comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathrooms were spotless, with very modern showers. We loved the towels available for use too. This condo is literally a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Nikki had all the beach chairs we needed. We were sad to see our vacation come to an end, but we will definitely be back!

The Perfect Vacation Home

This is an excellent property... in the perfect location! So much to do in the immediate area. The Currituck Lighthouse is within throwing distance, the on beach driving entrance is a 15 minutes drive, and the beach is a 5 minutes walk away!!! Perfect place to vacation!!

Wonderful trip to Corolla Light!

Loved staying here. Was our first trip to Corolla, but won't be our last. Beautiful place with so many wonderful extras! They are so thoughtful and had everything that we might need. Beds were so comfy & relaxing here for a trip after our daughters wedding. Quick walk to the beach or the pool or the restaurants near by.

Steps to the big wide open beaches or Corolla, Views from inside of the unit of the gorgeous historic Currituck Lighthouse, Restaurants and Shopping right next door. Quiet and peaceful area. Great star gazing at night from the front patio. Just a few miles from the 4x4 beaches of Carova where the wild horses roam.
