Welcome to Saida Towers IV #4907, a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium at one of South Padre Island’s premier beachfront properties.

Condo Features:
Entertainment: TV in both bedrooms and one in the living room
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa (not a sleeper) in the living room (we provide an air mattress upon request/availability)
Flooring: Rug/carpet in the living room and master bedroom, tile throughout the kitchen and second bedroom
Kitchen: Fully equipped with appliances and utensils, plus a standard coffee maker
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower

All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
