This beautifully decorated new 4 bedroom/4 bath 2-story cottage is located on Ocean Blvd, just a 3 minute walk to the best beach location on the Island at the Coast Guard Station. No need to compete with others finding a parking spot at the beach as you will have one space to park in the garage and 2 more spaces in the front driveway.. Enjoy the privacy of each bedroom equipped with its own dedicated bathroom. A spacious kitchen allows for comfortable food preparation for your group, but just a short walk away on Ocean Blvd are Crabdaddy’s, Fiddler’s, Barrier Island, Crabtrap, and Beachcomber Barbeque, all of which you need to make time to experience. One block over from these great dining stops is the famous King and Prince Resort where you can enjoy live music almost every Wednesday and Thursday nights starting at 7 pm. A short drive or bike ride further down Ocean Blvd and you can enjoy additional dining and shopping at the Village where the pier and playgrounds offer great family time experiences.
Take in the wildlife views from the lower and upper porches overlooking the creek and marsh to the West as you sip coffee in the morning served from the lower level coffee bar or from the upper level coffee bar. The evening sunsets are breathtaking from both vantage points as well.
Included with this spacious 2500sf home are 4 bikes for your use located in the garage so you can shoot on down Bruce Drive and watch the moon rise at Gould’s Inlet. Included with all utilities and linens are 2 HD streaming TVs and free WIFI. Rent additional bikes as needed at Ocean Motion Surf Company just a short walk down the street on Ocean Blvd, or have them delivered to you from other island vendors.
The garage space that is available will accommodate 1 car, the 4 bikes provided for your use, and any other beach toys, kayaks, or canoes you may choose to bring with you. Bring your suitcases directly from your car into the elevator to avoid lugging your belongings up the stairs to the 1st or 2nd floors. Exit the garage and walk (or ride bikes) along the easement to Wood Avenue, turn left to public beach access at Coast Guard Station, or turn right for 2 additional public beach access points via Olive Way or Driftwood Drive.

1. Cleaning fees are listed in the quote. 4:00 PM Check In and 10:00 AM Check Out. The amount of work and cost to clean the unit and prepare it for the next vacationer is the same regardless of the length of your stay. The check in and check out times posted provide the necessary time for the cleaning crew to turn the unit to make it available to you and the next vacationer coming after you. As such, please understand that if your plans require the use of the unit past check out time on the day of departure, this will push its availability to others coming after you for their 4:00 pm check in to the following day, and you will be required to book this additional day even though you may not be spending the night. This also will be appropriately reflected in the calendar and so duplicate or overlapping bookings are avoided.
2. Service Fee. This is VRBO's additional fee (approximately 12%) required of you when you book and pay on this site. Additional information concerning these services can be discerned by clicking the “?”.
3. A damage deposit is required. Please contact me within 2 hours of your arrival to report damage you discover and to insure it is not your responsibility. We rely on our cleaning crew to report to us the state of the unit after each tenancy, and they are human, and sometimes things are missed.
