With its new kitchen, bathrooms, and classic furnishings. Ocean Jewell sleeps up to 8 adults in the main home and guest cottage. There is ample room for a family getaway or a fun-filled trip with friends, to relax and unwind. Ocean Jewell is located just one block away from the beach, offering easy access to the sun, sand, and surf. Imagine waking up in the morning and strolling down to the beach for a refreshing swim or a leisurely walk along the shore. With such close proximity to the beach, you can easily spend your days enjoying the coastal beauty and soaking up the sun.

THE SPACE
Main living level. Enter into the family room and dining room (seats 8-guests) The kitchen is supplied with a drip coffee maker, stainless appliances, and a stacked washer and dryer. Off the family room is a separate retreat set up as a reading room. Bedroom near front entry has 2-twin beds (sleeps 2) and shares the hall bathroom with combination tub/shower.

Upstairs. Guest bedroom has 2-queen size beds (sleeps 2) and primary bedroom with a king (sleeps 2). There is a shared hall bathroom at the top of the landing with a shower. Outside the primary bedroom is a covered porch with pocket views to the ocean.

Guest cottage: small refrigerator, microwave, single serve coffee maker, sink, toaster a cozy dining area for cottage guests, and a queen bed (sleeps 2). The guest cottage has a bathroom with a shower. There is also an outside shower for coming in straight from the beach.
Outdoor is a gas grill for your use.
This home does not host pets.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
