If you are looking to enjoy a beach vacation with ease and comfort, you have found the place!! This is a 1st Floor/Corner/Direct Ocean Front condominium which is just steps from enjoying the beach and the pool. This condominium offers spectacular views from the living room and master bedroom. Our family owned condo has been completely renovated and offers the convenience of the pool and beach access. This beautiful, convenient and comfortable condo has everything you need to enjoy some quality time at the beach!!!

Our unit has High Speed Internet.

The master bedroom offers a view of the ocean with the sound of the waves! There is a comfortable king-size bed along with plenty of closet space, a dresser, and smart TV with cable. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The guest room provides a comfortable queen-size bed with a twin trundle. This room also offers a smart T.V. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
In the living room, there is a view of the ocean and pool! The living room has a Smart T.V. with cable. You can literally sit in the living room and watch your favorite show while enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean!!! The dining area is combined with the living room and has a table to accommodate 4-6.
There are 2 grills and a covered gazebo on the pool deck for cooking out. Our family-owned condominium is located on the non-drive part of New Smyrna Beach. It is great for sunbathing, beach games, surfing, swimming, surf fishing, building sandcastles, bike riding or just relaxing with a book. All of these activities are as easy as stepping out the back door of our condo...Directly Beach Front...Easy Access!
Our condo is located at Ocean Club South Condominiums, Unit A-103 (Direct Ocean Front//Corner/1st Floor).

We had a great stay! Check-in was very easy, and communication was excellent. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were there with our two kids (age 8) and loved how close the beach was. It made it very easy to watch the kids at the pool or the beach.

Location!

Couldn’t have been any closer to the beach! Views were amazing! Loved the fact that you could just walk right out the door and be on the beach and that it was a smaller condo complex. Beach was not crowded and condo had everything we needed!

Mothers Day Getaway

Took my wife for a getaway at Ocean Club South in New Smyrna. The unit was perfect for us, close to the pool and oceanfront. It was clean and the owners and staff at OCS were awesome....highly recommend!

Excellent Condo-Especially for Families with little ones!

We recently stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The condo is updated with a well appointed kitchen and the beds are extremely comfortable. Step out the rear sliding glass doors and you’re an arm’s reach from the gated pool entrance and only a few more steps away from the beach. Great condo on the non-driving beach!

Location of property was excellent, quiet but close to everything you need. Have been coming to New Smyrna for years, always such a warm welcoming place to visit. Unit had all the necessities, only complaint is all the linens could definitely stand to be replaced/upgraded..

A Great Place At NSB

Very comfortable, well stocked unit right on the beach. Steve responds rapidly to questions. Unit is very clean and refinished with beautiful countertops and freshly painted rooms. You won’t find a better place to stay on NSB.

Amazing condo and location

We have been staying in condo A-103 and several other condos at Ocean Club South for over 25 years ! The new owners of A-103 have done some amazing upgrades to the condo and are so great to rent from , we sure enjoyed our stay ! See you again next year !

Perfect Getaway

Had another amazing time at this property. Luckily we were able to enjoy this listing and condo for our first time as we stayed at another rental before. To date, this was our best experience yet. Everything on the inside met all of our expectations and all accommodations were just perfect. Had a few conversations with the manager of the property during our stay and they were great to talk with and help clarify a few things for us. Overall it was amazing and already in the calendar to book again in the near future!

Wonderful!

A gem! This place was perfect for our family of four. Pack n play and highchair made things so easy with our 1 year old. Proximity to pool and ease of getting to the beach with all of our gear was a breeze. We cannot wait to return. Well stocked with all the essentials and close to a little dollar general market for groceries or anything you may have forgotten.

We had the best time

My now Fiancé (we got engaged on our stay!!) and I had a wonderful time on or vacation at Stephanie’s Condo. It was our four year old son Greyson’s fist time seeing the ocean and it did not disappoint. There were so many things available for us to use like beach chairs, little cooler, kids sand toys ect. We will definitely be back after our Wedding to remember where we got engaged! Thanks so much for the great stay!

Family vacation (w/ two toddlers)

Super cute condo with amazing views, right on the water which made getting the littles back and forth to the beach super simple; we also had dolphin sightings every morning and afternoon. Steve has anything and everything you need for the beach (if I would have bothered to read and/or ask, I probably would have saved ourselves a suitcase 😆). Steve was great, let me know we could get in a little early (which again with two toddlers in tow was absolutely amazing), checked in via text during our stay to make sure all was ok, etc. Our stay was amazing and this Momma actually got to relax.

We love Ocean Club South because of the size of the complex , layout of the pool directly by the beach and that it is on the non driving portion of the beach.

Our condominium is unique in that it is located direct ocean front on the first floor. It provides a beautifully renovated condo as well as spectacular views from our place and complete convenience to the pool and beach!
