Enjoy a slice of paradise in this spacious, updated two bedroom "condotel". This unit boasts gorgeous views of the Gulf, is bursting with amenities and a short walk to the beach!
The unit can sleep up to eight people and is very family friendly. Wake up and have your morning coffee while watching the sunrise then enjoy your evening cocktails by the pool while grilling up some delicious local seafood!

We also offer another one bedroom condo diagonally across the hall for larger groups. Additionally, we have a penthouse one bedroom overlooking the gulf with amazing sunset views

We love the pool and designated parking. We loved the layout of the property; the guest room had two queen beds and a spacious walk in closet. The master bedroom overlooked the pool and had king size bed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. The host was so easy to contact and so friendly. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking ti get away.

Sensational Stay in Siesta Key!

As someone who is fastidious about cleanliness, this condo was an absolute dream. From the well-equipped kitchen to the spotless bathrooms and bedrooms , my family felt comfortable and at home. In the mornings we would hop on the free trolley (the stop is directly in front of the building) and go to the village or various beaches and in the afternoon relax poolside. We often took advantage of the lovely grilling area, just steps away from the pool. At sunset, we would walk to the harbor and watch the dolphins and boats go by. We stayed for two weeks and cannot wait to come back!

Respite Retreat

Loved the two weeks my girlfriends and I spent at this wonderful condo. For me- a short walk to the beach was perfect while my girlfriends enjoyed pool time that offered more shade options. We were centrally located to restaurants but found ourselves eating in a lot due to the easy access to the first floor grills and patio. I too loved watching the sunrise each morning from the balcony. All aspects of our stay was perfect💕🌴

Manger and owner are good people...great location!

Rita (the manager) and owners were most helpful and very kind! The location was great! We walked everyday to our favorite beach, Siesta Key, so no need to try to get a hard to find parking spot at the beach. If you have kids, they provide a pack and play, they also are well set up for the beach or pool, so no need to bring anything! If you do play tennis bring your rachet, they have a very nice tennis court. The 2weeks we were there lobby, gathering area, weight room and sauna were under construction, which was kinda a bummer cause we did run into many 30-50 degree days so needed more indoor things to do. It was finished the day we left and looks great, wish we were able to use it!! Hopefully next year we will be able to go again and use it! I do need to say there is a shutter door separating the living room and both bedrooms, so babies nap time was difficult at times, especially because we had abnormal cold weather and all needed to stay inside more. This condo was very clean and it does sleep 8 comfortably, we would rent it again!

Great unit in a great location

We had a really great time here. The unit is excellent, bright with a great holiday feel, good views of the bay and pool. It's extremely well equipped with everything you need . Close to beaches and we enjoyed evenings watching dolphins and manatee in the bay at the rear of the property . We found Michael the owner extremely easy to deal with answering any questions we had promptly and keen to help. A really great place.

A cozy stay in a best location! ⛱️

If you're looking for a condo that is within walking distance of the public beach, while also having a beautiful view of the bay side you've found what you're looking for. Our family was one of the first to stay here and it was exactly as the pictures showed. The hosts were friendly and available when needed. The location is stunning with all the amenities you need. Thank you so much!

very nice

Very good place, well maintained building and surroundings, nicely furnished, great views, quiet so you can sleep with open windows if weather allows, laundry on the floor, gym, walking distance to siesta beach and restaurants.
