Harbor Towers & Yacht y Racquet Club

Torres del puerto de yates y Racquet Club se encuentra en el canal entre la costa en Siesta Key en Sarasota, Florida. Desde el puerto deportivo se puede pescar o relajarse y leer un buen libro mientras se observa el tráfico de barcos pasar desde su asiento cómodo en la glorieta o un banco al borde del agua. Las hermosas playas del golfo están convenientemente situados justo al otro lado de la calle.

Harbor Towers dispone de un precioso paisaje tropical, un puerto de aguas profundas que puede acomodar hasta 50 pies de longitud, y dos magníficas piscinas (adultos y niños). El tenis se juega en nuestros tres Har-Tru pistas justo al lado del canal entre la costa. Si te gusta un entrenamiento enérgico podrá disfrutar de nuestro gimnasio con aparatos de gimnasia del estado de la técnica.

Mi unidad es una de las mejores vistas en el edificio. Se encuentra en la 4ª planta con vistas al océano.

Harbor Towers es un edificio seguro que sea necesario entrar en todas las puertas de la fob especiales dadas a cabo sólo para los propietarios e invitados. la seguridad de la noche se ofrece y puertas automáticas de entrada a asegurar los motivos en todo momento.

Después de una visita al puerto de yates Torres y Racquet Club tendrá que volver todos los años!

Great condo in a great location

We had a very nice time in this condo which is in an upscale secure building. Can walk to Siesta Key beach or drive or take the free trolly which picks you up and drops you off right in front of the building.We really liked sitting out every evening in the screened-in balcony which has a view of the ocean.

Very good kerb appeal spotless inside and out facilities top notch siesta key beach one of the best beaches we have visited plenty of restaurants near by overall could not find fault.

Nice property good location

Stayed at this property before. Its in a good location great view of the beach/ocean. Its got everything you need. We enjoyed sitting out on the intercoastal waterway at the rear of the proerty watching the dolphins and occasional manatee in the evenings with a nice glass of wine.

Great location and well stocked for the space

We enjoyed our stay and especially the proximity to the beach. The unit was as described and well stocked with toiletries, beach, and kitchen supplies. Everything was clean when we arrived. Our only complaint was the TVs which were slow starting up and loading apps.

Great Location

Facilities at Harbor Towers are fabulous. Very well taken care property along with amazing amenities. Christine, the owner of the unit we rented was absolutely amazing! Her unit is very well maintained and has a great “cozy” feel. We felt at “home” the minute we arrived. Couldn’t be happier. We are already discussing our next rental with her

Great Location

When we arrived the carpet was very dirty. There was a note to call the owner and she stated there was not time to clean the carpets by the time we arrived. She did offer to arrange the cleaning while we were there but we declined because we did not want damp carpets due to cleaning. We put towels down over the soiled areas to keep the carpet from getting more soiled. The bed sheets were not changed when we got there. My wife washed all the bed sheets. I brought this to the owner's attention but I did not hear from her about this. The A/C unit did not work properly for a number of days. Apparently this was due to work being down on the condo building. Sleeping was not that comfortable during these A/C issues.This was a real irritant for my wife and I. The street noise was very noticeable.We found dealing with the owner was not a great experience. She never apologized for anything, she didn't listen very well and was very condescending in the way she communicated to us. The condo is outdated and needs a good refresh. I guess you get what you pay for. The location is wonderful. You can't beat it. Five minutes from the public beach. We had planned to book the unit for six weeks next year but decided to cancel based on the experience we had with the Owner and the condo. My wife and I have rented numerous times in Sarasota/Siesta Key and we never had an experience such as this one. As I said if cost is all you are concerned about rent this unit but don't expect anything special.

Bon emplacement! Le building est très bien entretenu. Le condo est bien équipé sauf pour les chaises de plage. Nous avons dû en acheter une. La salle de bain serait due pour une rénovation. Notre grosse déception: nous avons passé tout notre séjour dans lave-vaisselle, bien que nous ayons signalé son non fonctionnement.

Siesta Key High-rise

Great location on Siesta Key at an excellent rate. Sterile high-rise property - mix of residents and renters - post-covid hangover in the atmosphere as most are seniors. Unit had nice view, very close to Trash Room, Laundry Room and Elevator. Not as clean as most VRBO's - owner is probably at the mercy of cleaning service since they reside out-of-state. Furnishings were comfortable but somewhat worn. Also surprised to find, as it's not the case in the many VRBO's we have accessed, no common items like hand soap, toilet paper (a minute portion on the single bathrooms roll), etc. A good value overall - would not repeat - no reflection on the owner who demonstrated great communication and kind interaction.

RUDE OWNER RUINED STAY - CANCEL WHILE YOU CAN - BEWARE OF RED TIDE TOO

I booked 3 weeks at this unit because, as I explained to Owner, Christine Theros, ahead of time, I was dealing with a personal crisis and was desperate to restore myself on a Florida beach vacation. I was dismayed when I arrived and the smell of dead fish (RED TIDE) hung in the air and the Siesta Key beaches were intolerable. On my one attempt to visit the beach, I, as well as many others, were gagging and finding it hard to breath. My throat was burning by the time I got to the car and the taste/smell of dead fish returned to my throat for days if I sneezed or coughed. Honestly, it was scary as well as disgusting. Other guests at this location lingered in the lobby, expressing their disappointment and sharing their ill effects. I shared my experience with the owner and INQUIRED if, seeing as I was staying beyond the 2-week minimum, if she would consider allowing me to break our agreement just THREE DAYS early so I could at least stop to visit another beach further north before I headed home. I fully acknowledged that I knew the reservation was non-refundable as well as the fact that she had no control over the weather. And if she preferred, I offered to leave an entire week early so she would have the opportunity to find another renter. To my utter surprise, instead of expressing any regret or concern for my well-being, or attempting to suggest other beaches for me to visit just a short drive away, the owner blasted me for even INQUIRING if she might be open to revising our agreement. I didn't make any demands. It was a simple inquiry and request for MERCY. This was unfortunate but I proceeded to make the best of the situation. Again however, to my surprise, the owner CONTINUED TO TEXT ME throughout my stay, "Curious if you are still there?" "Have you left yet? Are you completely gone?" Even though I responded that I was planning to stay for the entire reservation, OWNER Christine Wohnus Theros CONTINUED TO PESTER AND HARRASS ME, mocking me that I had already paid and there was nothing I could do. The owner has a lack of common reasoning skills (i.e., continues to insist that she can't control the weather when I have already acknowledged that fact) and should NOT be trusted with hopes for a restful stay at her simple condo. I have already shared this experience with other Vrbo owners as well as management and their acknowledgement of this one-off has restored my general faith in humanity. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and BEWARE OF RED TIDE!!!

May 2021 Stay

My Fiancé and I really loved this stay. Although the condo is a bit dated, it is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay including any beach related items (towels/chairs/wagon/cooler/etc). The host was very responsive on any of our questions and we thank them for their accommodations. There were no issues with internet (we worked remotely for the month). The outside patio overlooks the ocean and is very peaceful. Its a .7 mile walk to the pubic beach. We did have to walk on the weekends because parking fills very quick. Even as early as 9:30am depending on the time of year (our stay was all of May). Pool was relaxing and clean. Gym equipment is barely used and quite clean. We work out regularly and were very happy with it being a condo gym. Would 100% go back. Enjoy!

Excellent view at a great location

This Harbor Towers unit was in very good condition with more amenities then we could use. But the view from the screed-in deck was the best part. We spent many hours throughout every day looking out over the Gulf.

I absolutely love the Condo’s location, a short walk to Siesta Key public beach. I can also watch sunset directly from the lanai ❤️ Christine and Steve are very responsive and kind. I booked the condo for 1 month. Then, I needed to stay for an extra week and they generously let me stay at no extra charge. The condo is furnished with everything I need and more! It feels like home.

Great condo with beautiful view of gulf coast

Very nice unit. Clean, well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the view of the gulf and beautiful sunsets. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We will be back.

Super Ferienwohnung in schöner Anlage. Die Wohnung bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Eigentümerin war für alle Fragen stets ansprechbar. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen.
