Poverty Beach is right across the street from this newly renovated bright Beach Condo. Enjoy the panoramic beach views from the living room, bedroom and two balconies. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 7. You have access to the attached two car garage, which has ample room for beach equipment storage as well as two cars. The bedrooms are all located on the same floor. The Primary bedroom has access to a water and beach view balcony.
Upon entering the front door (on Beach Ave side) there is a seating area on the left with a TV and with sliding doors to a balcony/deck with seating. This balcony offers view of Poverty Beach and the dunes across the street. Up a few steps is the first floor which has the kitchen, the laundry closet, and a dining table for (6) with a wine/dry bar. The kitchen counter has additional seating. The showcased pictures are music artist related and are through-out the unit. Off the kitchen is a backside balcony with seating which overlooks the garage and the Poverty Beach Dunes to the right. Upstairs on the second floor is the Primary Bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and a full bath with a tub/shower. This room offers a private balcony with outstanding water views of Poverty Beach across the street.
Bedroom number 2 has a queen bed, a single bed, and a TV, Bedroom number 3 has a queen bed. The Hallway full bathroom has a tub/shower.
There is a gas grille in the garage that would have to be used outside. The large garage has plenty of room for parking, storage of bikes and beach equipment. The garage can be accessed from stairs off the first floor. Home has cable, free Internet, full kitchen, washer and dryer.
Build memories together here! The house is located at the end of Beach Avenue and is in a quiet neighborhood. Rent or bring a bike and enjoy sightseeing. Within walking distance for a stop at �La Mer� or �Hemingway�s� for a delicious meal. Hop in your car and visit the Cape May Lighthouse, Historic Cold Spring Village or hunt for Cape May Diamonds on Sunset Beach.
