Vamos a compartir con ustedes por qué sentimos que esto es de Cape May Mejor condominio frente al mar. Se le conoce como 'Paseo de Victoria' (usted probablemente sabe Cape May es victoriana famosa) y es un pequeño (19 unidades) hermosa comunidad de condominios de alta gama situado en el extremo norte de la playa de la avenida Está al otro lado de la calle del 'Playa de la Pobreza ", que es divertido ya que estamos rodeados de casas de varios millones de dólares. Es tranquilo, es elegante, es hermoso, y es pasos de las olas. Por si fuera poco, hemos, sin duda, la mejor piscina situada en un entorno precioso con una casa junto a la piscina ducha y chaise salones, mesas y sillas.

El desarrollo fue construido en 1985 y hemos renovado totalmente nuestra unidad de 2 dormitorios en los últimos años. Estamos orgullosos de nuestra cocina gourmet con azulejos salpicaduras y debajo de los armarios de iluminación, pisos de madera de cerezo brasileño, todas las nuevas molduras y puertas. Tenemos prácticamente todas las comodidades del hogar - la única cosa que usted necesita traer son sus toallas y ropa de cama. Incluso tenemos un área de lavandería con lavadora y secadora. Está a poca distancia de todos los grandes restaurantes de Cape May tiene para ofrecer y las pintorescas tiendas a lo largo de esta localidad costera.

Cape May es un lugar muy especial. Nuestra familia ha estado viniendo a Cape May durante más de 20 años, y que sólo se pone mejor cada año. Es un gran lugar para traer a su familia, para relajarse y disfrutar de la playa en un entorno con calidad y clase más alta gama.

Great property for whole family!

Great location to beach and quiet neighborhood. Unit was very spacious for our family of 5. Pool was excellent for the kids (ages 1-5). We would definitely stay here again!

First vacation without the big family group

Annual week

The property is as described. Clean and comfortable. Our family of four enjoyed it greatly. The pool was wonderful (even if we had a chilly mid week stretch) and the beach is conveniently walkable. We rented bikes from one of the local companies and couldn’t keep the kids from riding around the whole island. Would stay again. Cape May is a familiar spot to us but saw new things this visit. Nice to see the town grow but stay the same simultaneously

Week at the beach

The apartment was great for the week. Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean and well organized, and access to the beach & pool is unbeatable. The New blue couch is a great addition!

Perfect beach getaway!

We loved this property. You can’t beat the location, convenient walk to the beach and on the quiet side of town, perfect for relaxing. The place was super clean and comfortable and the host was easy to reach and very nice to work with. We loved having the pool as well and the patio where you can catch a glimpse of the ocean and hear the waves. We can’t wait to go back.

New to Cape May

I would recommend this property for the following reasons. Great location; corner apartment;1 block from the beach; quiet neighborhood; nice pool; nice view; good size TV. The owners were very receptive and nice to deal with. The bathrooms are new and clean. There are rocking chairs on the porch! Be aware that there is a fee to use the beach and they only take cash. This was a surprise to us. We either made simple meals or brought in food because of Covid fears. I wish the owners had at least one large bowl in the kitchen for preparing salads. The knives were not sharp. A few of the dinner dishes were chipped or had cracks in them. The mattresses were OK. We got in after dark and it took a while to find the apartment and the parking space. The owners may want to post a map of the condo and directions to finding the apartment as the entrance is not on Beach Street. I would rent here again.

we enjoyed the apartment. we're familiar with the area and it suited our 3-person family perfectly. owners did a great job with the pre-trip communication, the entrance codes, wifi, tv etc....and the unit itself was clean, bright and had a few modern touches. we used the bar area by the kitchen often, and the deck at night to watch the stars (and a cool storm or two). and the proximity to the beach is pretty much unbeatable overall a great trip.

Great Location...Great Complex

This unit is located is a very convenient property complex in Cape May, just 1 block from the beach, and in a particularly 'uncrowded' part of the city. One great feature was the pool...it was clean, nice, and almost never crowded. Would recommend this unit!

Relaxing Cape May week

Great location and property for a single family. Large pool and never crowded, beach access across the street away from the crowds of downtown. Husband loved the covered parking and space for bikes.

awesome, relaxing week in cape may

beautiful condo with amazing pool and ocean views! our family just returned and we are looking forward to coming back year after year. Short walk across the street to a very quiet beach. the kids loved biking every morning to get fresh bagels. Very peaceful at night sitting on the deck listening to the waves breaking across the street. Could not have asked for a better week. the owners really make you feel at home. Highly recommended!! So much to do!!

Quiet and Close to the Beach

Nicely appointed condo with a great view of the ocean and pool. The large covered porch is child-friendly. An easy walk to the relatively quiet beach. The pool and surrounding grounds are very well kept. We loved the solitude of the area; at night, you could hear the ocean waves. The condo could have been cleaned a bit better by the cleaning company prior to our arrival, but, all in all, we couldn't have asked for a better condo in Cape May. Highly recommended.

Great condo - Great location

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The kids loved the pool; the beach right across the street is very quiet and private - but still guarded - very nice. And just a short distance from all the food and fun of the promenade! The condo is very nicely furnished and well-kept. Highly recommended. We recommend the fish tacos at Carneys, a nice morning walk to Coffee Tyme shop for pastry's and coffee, the zoo for kids, climbing the steps to the top of the lighthouse, and Sunset Beach at sunset. So much to do and see and enjoy at Cape May. It is our favorite place and our time spent at Victoria's Walk helped make our stay even better. Highly recommended by our family to yours!

We purchased this unit in 1996 after having rented in Cape May for 10 years. We had rented at Victoria's Walk and it was our favorite place in Cape May. When this unit became available we jumped on it immediately. The location is perfect and with the pool there's not much more you could want.

Sit on the spacious deck overlooking the ocean and watch the dolphins swim by or look for ships on the horizon.
