A great studio featuring a queen-sized Murphy bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and window AC—all just steps from miles of sandy beach. You will love the well maintained kitchen and cabinetry. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony or head down to the pool while looking at whales and boats in the distance. An amazing unit at an amazing resort. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking and BBQ needs. Close to it all, whale watching, snorkeling, scuba, hiking, biking, surfing, paddle boarding, and dining. The resort offers a pool, bbq's, picnic tables, lounge chairs and extremely easy access to miles of sandy beach. Next door you'll find a sandwich shop and bar as well as activities and equipment rental desk. Enjoy a relaxing evening grabbing a drink.

The nearby Maui Ocean Center and all that Maalaea has to offer is just a 4 mile drive. This Kihei location is also close to all Kihei, Wailea and Makena have to offer. One of the few beachfront condos in South Maui. Less than 20 minutes to the airport.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Convenient comfort

Beautiful walking beach!

The property was clean, cozy, with well kept grounds! The unit has all the amenities that you would need and more! The traffic noise is the only deterrent! We appreciated the welcome gift and the basic essentials that were left! Mahalo!

Overnight stay

The room was clean. Loved the washer and dryer! The building was right on a small beach. It was a bummer that my room backed up to the highway or road as it was super noisy from the cars. I slept with my noise cancelling headphones on and all was good.

Good location

The place was nice but it could use a deep cleaning. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and living room carpet were old and worn, and the pillows should be replaced. But it was a good location and it was nice to be a few steps from the beach.

this place is very nice but very small. read the listing carefully! maybe it was in there, but we were very surprised to find a small murphy bed in this very small studio condo! when the bed was down it was always a 'dance' for us to maneuver around the room.

Great Location

Property was exceptionally maintained for its age. Since we were out and about every day we didn’t get to spend much time at the property other than to sleep there. Pull down bed was comfortable, bedding was clean and air conditioner was ok in keeping the room at a temperature just low enough so we could sleep. The AC probably could have used a tune up as the maintenance LED was lit and it took some time to get the temp down to a comfortable level. There was a slight musty smell to the living room/studio which was probably attributed to the AC. The place was quaint and had all the amenities you would expect a vacation rental would have. We ran into friendly guests who vacation there annually and they had plenty of great recommendations on what to do and where to go. Location was excellent since it was in the middle of all our activities that we had planned during our stay. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the mega resorts but close enough to drive to when we wanted to get a nice dinner or do some shopping. Underground parking garage was great and gave that extra level of comfort knowing our rental vehicle was secure. The price was a great value since it came in lower than the resorts and other properties with similar amenities. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Condo is not Beachfront, is it Busy Roadfront

While the interior of this unit was mostly as described, a significant detail has been left out of the description. It is not Beachfront. While the complex is, this unit is in the back with a partial ocean view. The patio overlooks a very busy road leading from Kihei to the main road to Kaanapali so it has heavy traffic from cars and trucks at all hours of the day and night. There is nothing peaceful about this unit, particularly the balcony. Further, this is not a "resort". While the name of the complex has the word resort, it is an extremely dated condo/apartment complex. There are no amenities beyond the pool. In over 40 years of travel, this is the first time that I was compelled to leave early and find another place to enjoy our vacation. The owner/agent was very slow to respond and the only credit that I received was a the booking fee from VRBO even though I left the unit 3 days early. The unit also was not very clean. There were gnats in the kitchen and the windows don't look like they've been cleaned for years. Book at your own risk but this is not the place to spend a relaxing vacation.

The pictures of the unit are from the unit. The guest was unhappy as the beach was not usable due to flash flooding that made the water murky and the extremely windy weather. While Kihei does have sun a very large majority of the time and the beaches are generally extremely clear, this guest did not encounter that and made a variety of claims to try and cancel their reservation early for reasons beyond our control.

Clean unit

This is a clean unit that if you are looking for access to wonderful beach for walking or playing in the water - it is perfect! The unit bed folds down and is fairly comfortable, but will need to be lifted in order to use the chairs at the kitchen bar. The road noise during the day can be heard from this unit but not much traffic at night so opening to screen door can afford you to sleep to the sound of the surf. Washer and dryer in unit is handy for longer stay. Enjoyed the time!

Lovely Spot right on the sand

I was looking for a place to extend a week long yoga retreat. This was perfect! It has a Murphy bed (not a bedroom) but wasn’t an issue. You have an underground parking spot and you walk down to the beach in minutes. You can see the water from your lanai. Perfect for 2-3 people. Laundry and kitchen had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again!
