Enjoy morning coffee and spectacular sunsets from the private, fully furnished deck. Fire up the private gas grill for blue sky barbecues. Montego Bay guests will also enjoy exclusive access to an outdoor pool, tennis, and shuffleboard courts.

The colorful, single-level interior features eclectic coastal decor and contemporary home essentials including free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. The full kitchen comes equipped with updated, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. There's breakfast bar seating for two and the adjacent dining table is set for six. After a day of adventures, relax in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV.

THINGS TO KNOW

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great property in quiet location

A very nice property, fully equipped with kitchen items, books, games, etc - , cleaning service did a good job, plenty of room for our family of 6, linens and towels provided. A/C was working great. Fantastic view of fireworks on the 4th. We dId not have a boat, but dock was great for crabbing. Only drawback was lack of umbrellas (as shown in picture of property) or shade for the deck.

OC weekend

The property was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved sitting on the deck with the view of the bay. We did experience an issue with the refrigerator not being cold enough, which was reported but not resolved during our rental. The screen to the deck was off-track and difficult to open/close. The path to the door was not favorable for older guests. And, on the last day, we discovered there was a mouse inhabiting the house. Glad we didn't see that on the first day. All things considered, we did enjoy our stay at this property .

Loved this house!

The view itself was amazing and worth this house. I spent most of the time on the deck. Check in was super easy. The screen door was off the track, and a chair was broken outside though. The inside was really nice and clean. The house is far enough away from all noise and it was nice and quiet. I would definitely book this house again.

Mice!

The house was infested with mice. We discovered them the first night of our stay when my Mom was using the toilet and a mouse ran by her foot. We then encountered the mice numerous times both in the living room and in the kitchen, as well as the other bathroom in the house. We contacted Vacasa only to be ignored for four days with no updates of any kind. When the exterminator finally came out, her efforts did nothing to fix the problem. Absolutely disgraceful. I couldn't sleep because I kept worrying that it would crawl on my kids or me.

It was a beautiful view, the pool was great, and very close to food, beach and other fun stuff! I loved the skylights that let the natural light in. I thought the light was on in the bathroom, but it wasn't! Very cool!

Quiet hideaway

Well-maintained property. Comfortably accommodated 4 adults across 3 bedrooms. We liked that it is tucked away off Costal Highway. To walk to the pool, takes at least 10-15 min. Could walk to the beach in 20-25 min. Probably more comfortable to drive if you have beach equipment. Front door is difficult to lock and unlock. Lock box is not easy to find. And property manager was not able to direct us to the lock box well. Overall, would stay here again.

Nice house on bay

Nice house on bay at the end of a road allows it to be quiet. Staff was responsive to any issues. We enjoyed our week.

Cute house right on the water

House had everything we needed with a few caveats. 1st thing not the house but the location and description of how to get in. Was given code but not what to do with it. There is a lockbox but good luck finding it. Called vacassa took.10 min for someone to pick up and they had no real clue about property sounded like they were reading off a computer screen. Then got disconnected. After 30 min we finally found thee lockbox and were able to get in. Also texted and reapone vame almost 2 hrs later. Really?? House itself was great except location of ac vents in floor and odd locations. Right in front of bathroom vanity? Middle of kitchen floor? Also advertised umbrellas for deck but never able to find them. All in all though family loved it and would book again.

Family getaway

This house was cute and pretty clean. Had everything we needed. A few minor issues but nothing that would damper the vacay. The ants were a nuisance but we saw less after we sprayed. The Checkin and check out were quick and easy. Nothing tops the views of the bay and the amazing sunsets.

It was just like the picture

This house is just like the picture. Beautiful views. Only two things I didn’t like the way the house smelled and wish the deck was closed in because that side of the house is hot after 12pm.
