Majestic scenery meets incredible convenience at this bayfront townhome in North Ocean City. Here at Heron Harbour Isle, you'll be treated to wonderful community amenities, an easy stroll to the beach each morning, and spectacular open-water views from two balconies.
This three-story townhome sits right on the waterfront, in a north-facing position overlooking both Assawoman Bay and the neighboring bird sanctuary. On the grounds, you'll have access to a swimming pool to enjoy all summer. You'll also be just around the corner from Northside park which contains a recreation center that has basketball, pickleball and volleyball courts. It's also the perfect location for getting around on foot, with the beach five blocks east, Northside Park less than a mile north, and Coastal Highway's many restaurants, bars, and markets even closer.
Begin each morning in the fragrant coastal breeze, as you relax outside on one of two balconies. The upper balcony off the primary suite is perfect for morning coffee; the downstairs deck off the living room is the spot for alfresco meals beneath the umbrella.
Enter on the first floor, hang your beach towels by the door, and make yourself at home in an open, sun-lit, centrally air-conditioned living space. The interior has an easy elegance about it, from the kitchen with its stainless steel appliances to the living room with a smart TV. The bedrooms are spread out between the three floors, each paired with its own full bathroom. There's one bedroom with a balcony on the first level, two bedrooms (one a primary suite with a balcony) on the second floor, and a kids' bunk room on the top floor.
