Full of natural light, the studio includes a cushioned wicker chair and a 31-inch TV. After a day of adventure, curl up in a queen bed adorned with crisp white linens. Fresh and bright, the attached bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The unit includes a mini-refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Sip coffee at a quiet sitting area outside your rental, offering two chairs and a table to perch drinks. You'll also have access to a secluded communal area. This outdoor space features two dining tables, benches, lounge chairs, and a barbecue grill for afternoon cookouts.

With East Beach one block away, you're just a block from the waterfront shuttle and an oceanside bike path along the beachfront. This 229-square-foot studio is part of an older home; you may hear noises from adjacent units.
Although this unit is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at the beach.
This prime beachside locale is a half a block from the Amtrak rails and near the 101 freeway, and passing trains may occasionally be heard. Earplugs are provided if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
