Sandpiper Cove offers an array of amenities to enhance your stay, including 43 acres of resort grounds, 1,100 feet of private beachfront, six tennis courts, and the vibrant atmosphere of The Sand Flea Beach Bar & Grill.
Please note that for our pet-friendly guests, a pet fee of $100 plus tax per pet is applicable, with a maximum of two dogs permitted, each weighing up to 45 pounds. Regrettably, no cats are allowed. Additionally, there is a $10 grounds fee per pet, payable in cash upon check-in.

We have been going to Sandpiper Cove with family & friends 35 years. The condo we stayed in was updated, clean and convenient to golf, pools and beach.

Our overall stay was great my only complaint and I don't even know if I should say it but it's the quality of the bedding it was very Army issue. There were no blankets on the beds they were all in plastic bags the sheet wasn't big enough to fit the bed try to take it from somewhere else but all in all that's the only thing I had to whine about it was a very good experience.

Unit needs dusting- noticed dust and hair on bathroom closet door. Need to provide more dish towels, they only provide 1. Door doesn't always latch all the way so you have to make sure you pull/push the door closed hard. Also recommend a deadbolt or latch close to the top of the door for child safety so they can't open the door. Need new living room furniture- it was dirty looking and stained. One of the chairs also had fabric shredding at the bottom. Tub stopper didn't work. Internet was a little slow. Need to provide at least one more toilet paper roll for longer stays. They only provide 2 and my family stayed 5 nights. Pros : Provided plenty of bath towels which was appreciated. Unit clean overall Bed pretty comfortable Plenty of pillows Washer dryer in unit was useful. Provided a little bit of coffee to get us started.

The unit is very nice and well stocked. The location of the unit, in the back of the property, is not the best. This unit faces the highway and the bedroom is on that side of the unit. Traffic noise was awful the entire week we stayed and it was all hours of the day/night. We’ve stayed at Sandpiper before in a unit close to this one that had the same layout and it works great for our family but we didn’t have this issue before. Just beware during the high season, traffic noise can and will keep you up at night and get you up very early in the morning. There’s nothing the owners or property management can do about this, it just comes with the location of the unit. Overall the unit was good in all other aspects.

We will be back!

It had everything we needed for our first beach vacation. Walked to the beach every day, swam in the heated pools, loved the golf and pickle ball! We will be back next year.

A Homey Community

We loved the people staying at Sandpiper Cove Condos. Everyone was very friendly. They have lots to do if you want to take part. Pickleball, Tennis, a great little pitch/putt golf course that is in great shape. Our Condo was very clean and had a nice view of the pool and 9th hole. The second floor was not a problem for us and our two dogs loved the walks we took, as it is a great place for that. A couple of maintenance issues which are not a big deal and a quick fix. The kitchen faucet is loose and needs to be tightened at the countertop. The front door hinges need oiled. The squeaking drove me nuts when opening and closing.

Great property. Very clean with extra towels and blankets. It is in the perfect location and a quick walk to the beach. The only complaint i have is the bedroom needs a curtain to keep out the stairway light.

Sandpiper Cove 2005!

What a hidden gem! The house was decorated cute. The bed and living room furniture was comfortable. Having access to the beach and chairs was amazing. The location was perfect for what we did. Near by places to eat were great. The pools were nice too. We have already told others about this and will be back.

Great Time!

My husband and I had a great time at Sandpiper Cove. We should have requested a ground floor unit because the stairs were difficult for us as seniors. Maybe include that in the description of the property. Otherwise, everything went wonderfully!

Longer walk to the beach than expected

The unit was clean and nice, and the property manager was easy to work with. The only disappointment was the disconnect in the indicated distance from the beach in the vrbo listing versus the actual walking distance.

Best Equipped Kitchen Ever

In 35 years of various State snowbird rental’s this is the first time we did not need to the go out & purchase or replace something that we regularly use for the kitchen. Even all the knives were sharp! This unit was spotless, all the furniture & appliances were high quality. Would definitely came back another year.
