Located 4 houses from the beach, the unit features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, balcony deck, and off street parking for up to 2 vehicles. It is an ideal place to create wonderful new memories for you and your family.

The second floor deck provides fantastic views of sunrises over the beach dunes, as well as a great spot to catch a breeze and listen to the crashing of the waves. Located just 4 houses from the beach, it's easy to get down to the sand for some fun in the sun or relaxation.

Inside is a simple and quaint setup with central air conditioning and space for the whole family. The bunk bed room is a particular hit with the kids.

The living room is equipped with a smart TV provided for logging into any of your streaming services as well as very basic antenna TV. There is WiFi available as well. The house is keyless and a code will be provided for entry.

Down on the first floor you will have access to a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as use of the outside shower after returning from the beach.

All guests must be over the age of 21 or accompanied by a family member or guardian of an appropriate age.
