I am sorry to hear you were not fully pleased with your stay at our home and we are disappointed to see a negative review. We do have floor plans with actual dimensions included in the photos to ensure our guests understand the space available inside and out, we are sorry that you missed this prior to booking. As for any issues with cleaning, we appreciate the feedback and will address this with our cleaning crew. We have a great crew who works hard to make sure it is clean for every new guest as it is our priority to have a clean and welcoming space so we will ensure this will not happen again.

We do want to clarify that this information was provided before your stay, and we also sent additional instructions through the messaging app explaining that you could drop off your garbage on Friday without needing a tag. Regarding the value of the rental, approximately one-third of the booking cost goes to VRBO in fees and is not retained by us. We also do not advertise the property as being any closer to the boardwalk than it is. The home is located in Seaside Park, not Seaside Heights, and our listing accurately reflects its location. If you had any questions or concerns before or during your stay, we would have been happy to help resolve them. Instead, we found a negative note left at the property and received a poor review focused primarily on the garbage policy and the price—both of which were clearly disclosed before your arrival and none of which were attempted to communicated about.
