This one bedroom, two bathroom Penthouse condo is in prime position within the beachfront community. Overlooking the oceanside pool area, and fabulous views onto the beach. It doesn't get any better than this. Amazing views, amazing breeze, amazing sunrises. Downstairs on the main level you have a fully fitted kitchen, laundry area, and guest bathroom. Master bedroom with king bed, and its own ensuite bathroom. Large terrace that you will never wish to leave. Upstairs in the open loft/mezzanine area you have room for extra guests with a queen bed. Outside rooftop terrace. Please be advised that the jacuzzi tub on the rooftop has now been removed (April 2022)
Electricity is extra, you pay for full usage at check out in cash USD. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking

Perfect stay!

Loved the Condo and Punta Cana. The property was immaculate and beautiful. It was very complete, with amazing ocean views and breathtaking sunrises! Liz met us at check-in and made sure our stay was wonderful. We definitely recommend getting a look at the guest booklet—it had very good information on the area and helped us enjoy the stay even more. Thanks!

A great vacation - Thanks Liz!

Liz was a fantastic host. She helped us by answering questions we had because it was our first visit to Punta Cana. She also arranged for taxi rides at the start and end of the trip. It all went flawlessly. The apartment was in a fantastic location, clean, and everything was in working order. We were glad to have a water machine with a fresh water bottle. The mini-split air conditioning was quiet and since each room had its own system, it was efficient. The area felt very secure and the 24/7 security guards were very careful about letting only people with wristbands access Playa Turquesa.It was so nice to be close to the beach. The seaweed was minimal compared to other parts of the beach and it is controlled by floating barriers. Ultimately, we had a fantastic vacation, in part due to Liz’s friendly interactions and helpful advice. If we travel back to Punta Cana, Playa Turquesa will be top of our list.

Gorgeous waters :everything within reach.

You can walk everywhere the places you cannot walk. You can do the short cab ride. Although I would do for most places, because the cabs are going to rip you off like they do everywhere else.

First time in the DR

We had a wonderful 10 day vacation at this gorgeous apartment.Liz, the host was amazing. She even assisted with taxi from and to the airport.The apartment was just like the pictures show and the beach, beach bar and the people all around were great.There are quite a few great restaurants as well, all in walking distance.We will definitely come back!

If you're not into the All-Inclusive Resorts, this is AWESOME!

Liz was great. Communicated quickly and was always available if we needed anything. Condo was spacious, clean and well stocked. Pictures on website are up to date and the actual condo is matches those pics. Walking distance to grocery store and restaraunts. Beach access is right on the property and has lounge chairs and restaraunt/bar if you get hungry while relaxing on the beach. Loved our week and will certainly be back.

Beautiful condo with amazing views!!!!

Great communication with property manager Liz. The huge balcony overlooking the pool & ocean was amazing & huge! Our only criticism would be that once you left the property the area is very sketchy. Other then that we fully enjoyed the beach walks, pool time & evenings on our balcony!

Incredible!

Really well equipped, beach bar excellent, balcony and view superb and everything close by! We rented a car to go to activities and grocery and was well worth it. A must go if you don’t want all inclusive
