This 2 bedroom/2 bath villa renovation was inspired by the 1 Hotel Miami and rivals the modern, spa like feel of this luxurious hotel. The condo is just steps away from one of the east coast's most beautiful beaches. The villa is located in the highly coveted Admiral's Row section of Hilton Head Beach and Tennis. The condo is accesible by elevator and stairs which are both very close to the unit.

The condo has panoramic ocean views from the moment you enter the foyer.
The large kitchen dining table seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals throughout your stay, The light filled living room features a cozy leather sleeper sofa, a 65' flat screen tv and a SONOS speaker to listen to all your favorite hits. Great Private WiFi.
The balcony has a hanging swing, a daybed to lye on and listen to the waves and bar height table with two barstools to view the Atlantic Ocean.

We provide complimentary use of a large YETI wheeled cooler, 4 backpack beach chairs, and various beach toys.

One bedroom has a king bed with beautifully renovated ensuite bathroom and a flat screen TV.

The 2nd bedroom is great for families or kids. It has one queen storage bed with drawers, one twin bed and another flat screen TV.
This bedroom has a luggage rack and a wall clothing rack to hang clothes.
The unit is on the 2nd floor of the 4 story building. Every floor has a large well lit laundry room with coin operated machines.

Just next to this building is one of Hilton Head Beach and Tennis' pools, making it easy to take a dip after returning from the beach.

This property will come stocked with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, bath robes, an amenities bag with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soaps, make- up remover towels, beach towels, bath towels, sheets, a dual coffeemaker that accomodates pods or ground coffee. There is a new pack n play for a baby, highchair, and beach toys!

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis has the largest oceanfront pool and kiddie pool on the island. A second, smaller pool is located just outside this villa. There are 10 Tennis Courts, 2 restaurants, a fitness center and conference area on site. There is also a playground for the younger kids.
Grills and picnic tables are available on site as well.

Parking: This condo has a maximum of (2) vehicles. (1) pass is included with your stay, additional passes are $35 per vehicle per week.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
