Enjoy the bright, open floor plan with a relaxing, resort-style backyard. You will be close to biking, tennis, hiking, golfing, horseback riding, wine tasting and much more! Sip a glass of wine by the fire pit as dinner cooks on the BBQ then relax in the soothing spa. Situated on a quiet street with walking trails just steps away!

Thousand Oaks is close enough for a leisurely drive to the beach and So Cal attractions, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We feature many delicious local eateries and many fun recreational activities. Enjoy the California lifestyle at its finest! Whether you require a short stay or a long stay, you'll love all that "The Wildwood House" has to offer! Everything is brand new and professionally designed. The fully stocked kitchen has everything the home chef could possibly want. The house is thoroughly and professionally cleaned before each guest arrives.

Wonderful Stay at “Buddha House”

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the wildwood house! It was clean, spacious and well organized. My grandson had a great time finding all the Buddha statues around the house and keeps insisting he wants to go back to the “Buddha” house. Great location, situated next to great shopping centers, hikes, beaches and restaurants. Would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a safe and beautiful home to host family and friends!

Everything you need in a VRBO

We stayed at the Wildwood house for my nephews high school graduation. It was great to be just down the street from our family that lives in the neighborhood. The house is spacious and completely stocked with everything you could need. It was especially nice that there was coffee and supplies for the Kureg provided to get my day started right. Will definitely stay again when visiting our family in the area!

Excellent! Highly recommended.

The house is beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The manager Ryan is immediately responsive and very pleasant. The furniture and linens are high end, with plenty of towels and amenities. There are even bikes, golf clubs, board games, and beach towels in the garage for use. I will definitely return to the Wildwood House on my next visit to Ventura County.

A beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood!

The house was clean and fresh upon arrival and every bit of it was as advertised!! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils and everything was functional. The washer was broken for the first few days, but Ryan communicated as such and had it fixed promptly, and when we ran out of trash bags he had some delivered several hours later. Couldn’t recommend the house more!

Property was great, property manager was great, thank you! VRBO still overbilled the service fee two times. One transaction was refunded, the other has been frustrating to resolve with your call center. After numerous attempts to refund the additional $668 I was charged through VRBO I have been forced to report the extra charge as fraudulent with my bank.

Excellent Home with An Excellent Host!

Our 3 week long stay at The Wildwood House Airbnb couldn’t have been better. We were in between homes and the host, Ryan was extremely accommodating during this difficult transition. The home was bright, airy, charming, and impeccably clean. It was very well appointed, there was everything we needed and more. The communication was always prompt and so very friendly. A big thank you to Ryan for making our stay beyond what we could have ever expected. We highly recommend this Airbnb, you will be delighted!!
