Quiet Cove 4 Bedroom Lake Retreat, Large Dock & Fire Pit 🎣⛵️☀️

Relax with the whole family at this spacious lake retreat on a quiet peaceful cove. This property boasts two living spaces for your group to spread out and enjoy their time. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and the secondary living space consist of a recreational space full of games as well as a half bath and sleeping loft. Soak up time on the lake by the fire pit, on the deck, or on the large private dock with boat and jet ski slips. Neighborhood offers private boat ramp.

Main house is a single story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed and full bathroom with shower and large bathtub. Master bedroom provides a beautiful view to the lake. Second bedroom which also provides lake views consists of a queen size bed. Last bedroom in the main house consists of 2 bunks with 4 twin beds. The living room also has a queen size pull out couch bed. Main house is handicap accessible with ramp.

Second living quarters is two stories and only several feet from the main house. The first floor is a recreation room with shuffle board table, darts, and other games. First floor includes a half bath. Second floor is a loft that has two queen size beds. The second living quarters also has a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The walkway to the second living quarters is brightly lite at night.

Every room in the house has a smart tv so just bring your log in and enjoy with our fiber high speed internet. The main living room also has a DVD player with several DVDs to choose from.

Looking to enjoy the water? The property is back in a quiet cove and comes with a large private dock perfect for any family. Perfect for fishing And swimming. We also have a kayaks , large floating pad, and life vests for our guests to use and enjoy. Bringing a boat? We have a neighborhood ramp less then a half mile away for you to launch your boat in peace.

Looking to heat things up? Sit back and relax under the stars and lights by our large fire pit with several chairs and picnic table. Our back yard is very large and relatively flat perfect for all activities. We have a corn hole set as well as many other outdoor yard games.

PET FRIENDLY!!!

Plenty of room for parking. There is a 2 car carport in the front with room for several cars in the driveway.

Lake fun

Spent majority of the weekend on the lake w kayaks, stand ups, lily pad as well as fishing off the dock. Quiet location. Plenty of room for the family.

Quiet weekend stay for my Atlanta family. Secluded and away from "all the things". Yes, be sure to bring everything you require with you - no quick trips to the store - but once there is was super easy to unwind and enjoy the lake. The home was clean and well equipped with kitchen and bath supplies. The best part was the easy, efficient communication with the owners. . . really appreciated their efforts.

Good Time at Lake Sinclair

We really enjoyed our family get together at this property. It was the perfect size and had the complete package for a family lake retreat. The Host does a great job in keeping in touch and helps make check in and check out easy. We would rent again.

What a great birthday weekend we celebrated at this place. It was like home away from home! Everything was spotless and comfortable. The deck is very nice and there are plenty of lake toys. We will come back!

Fantastic family vacation

We highly recommend this home for your next vacation. Absolutely wonderful area. The house was very clean and they had everything we needed. The host was very responsive with any questions. My family stayed at this beautiful home. It is very spacious, has a beautiful view and lots of amenities to choose from. The BEST part, in my opinion, were the owners. They were VERY responsive and welcoming. Also, had very open and clear communication. I loved that. It made check-in, they stay and check-out very easy! Thank you, again!

Fun at Lake Sinclair!

The property was exactly as described. The host was very accommodating as we had a last minute change that she accepted with no issues and we really appreciated that. There was a minor issue caused by the previous guests but she took care of it as promptly as possible. The dock and quiet cove was so nice for swimming and kayaking but still close to the main lake for boating. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was set up beautifully and it was as if you thought of everything we would need that far away from town. It was an absolutely wonderful experience for my grown kids, grandkids and both of my moms and myself. The only regret is we wish we could have stayed longer! Wonderful Stay!

My family and I loved staying here! The house was located off a cove so it was very peaceful and quiet. The hosts were absolutely fabulous and responded with my questions within 5 minutes time. They were super sweet and accommodating to me and my family! My sister couldn’t leave her dog so having it be dog friendly was an added bonus. ALL of the beds were like sleeping on a cloud — we never had such great quality beds at a Vrbo!! An added bonus was all of the life jackets and lake toys in the shed. We loved staying down at the fire pit at the end of the night. The game room was great for our children. It was also very easy to get to and not a steep road at all to drive into. There was a cute little convenient store down the road too in case we needed anything last minute, otherwise the drive into town was about 30 minutes. Lovely stay and amazing hospitality from hosts. Gave us enough lake towels, soap and conditioner too.

Owners were absolutely amazing

I spent 2 nights here with 13 of my closest friends and family, we had more than enough room, the house was spotless when we arrived, the owners were absolutely amazing and very accommodating, they reached out multiple times to help us enjoy our stay. They had games, fire wood, and many other things available to us. The location was very private and quiet, perfect to spend a weekend, we will be revisiting without a doubt!

Family labor day getaway!

Cleanest VRBO I have ever rented and I have rented a bunch. The owner Mattie, answered my emails everytime within minutes! Great host! The property had everything. You almost don't have to bring anything but clothes and a boat . Me and my family will definitely stay there again!!!
